• The room was very clean.
• Lobby and continental breakfast room was very small.

• Was convenient location for the place I was required to go for business.
• Phone did not work all week for outgoing calls. Room was not done one day. Microwave did not work.

“As a business traveler, as well as a wife and mother, I needed a phone to make calls. The phones did not have outgoing call capability from Sunday to Friday. I got back one day from business meeting, to find trash cans still full. Bed not touched. Wanted to warm up meals and could not because service microwave did not work. Wireless network kept cutting out. Staff was very uncaring. Don't know that I would stay there again.”

• Great location.
• Room was not cleaned one day.

“Excellent location near the metro. Very convenient. An excellent price for the quality of the room. It is a much less expensive alternative to the Hyatt one block away. This is a basic hotel with no room service or valet to help with luggage. However, the price is terrific for Metro Washington.”
