• Room service trays left out too long.

• Great location, comfortable, very good new condition.
• Hotel restaurant was only average.

“Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here. The location was 1 block away from the red line D.C. Metro station making it extremely convenient for Bethesda and D.C. access. The hotel was clean and new.”

• Beautifully designed of hotel & wonderful art work.
• Everything was fabulous.

“The beauty of the room, lobby, restaurant, and cafe was so very pleasing. The art work is of an amazingly high quality. The food is excellent. The staff is helpful and polite. We loved our stay!”

• Very new, modern, decor better than most.
• Traffic getting to it was murder, but that's DC.

“New, clean, modern and very well appointed. Quiet, efficient, with easy broadband internet connections. Nicely located in Bethesda and close to the Metro. Efficient staff, but I only stayed there one night. Not much in the immediate area in terms of nightlife, restaurants, etc., however, pretty close to the Strathmore Music Festival.”

• When I checked out the doorman was very friendly and wished me a good trip home.
• When I arrived there was no one to help with my bags. I got the luggage cart, loaded my bags and went into the lobby. After that someone helped me.

“I think this is a welcome addition to Montgomery County. I it is in a convenient location, near the METRO, NIH, shopping and businesses. The hotel is lovely. It is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff ranged from poor to excellent. I give poor ratings to the person who answered the phones at night on 9/23 and the early morning of 9/24. They were barely understandable and not knowledgeable about the hotel. On the other hand, the room service, front desk, and doorman staff on 9/24-9/26 were excellent. One question. It was never clear whether the service charge of 20 percent for room service was the gratuity. I got conflicting answers. Would you answer that question for me. Thank you.”

• This hotel is new, 7 months as of June. Very clean and friendly, well trained personnel. Rooms well designed with lovely colors and nice bedding.
• Hotel did not have a whirlpool with swimming pool.

“This hotel has the Marriott quality you come to expect with the employee friendliness and helpfulness. Because the hotel is new, everything was very clean and the bedding was plush. Room size was good with very adequate bathroom.”

• location was not near where I needed to travel to for my meeting in downtown Bethesda
