• The front desk staff were extremely nice, friendly and helpful.
• The cleaning staff would enter the room right after barely knocking.

“Country inn and suite was a nice quaint hotel. The rooms and bathroom were a generous size (easily fitting 4 adults comfortably). The rooms and bathroom were very clean. The bed was really comfortable. The ceilings were very high and the shower was nice. All except one front desk staff was very nice and friendly. They provided us directions to when need. Do not go to breakfast 1 minute after closing or you will not get a hot breakfast. The clean staff was efficient, however they barge in rooms immediately after lightly knocking. My cousin was walked in on twice. Other than that, the hotel is very nice. I would definitely stay there again. It is easy access to major highways.”

• New facility. Very clean.
• Breakfast buffet ran out of food on Sunday morning.

“We love the Country Inns because of their comfortable suites and always book them when available. In Bel Air, we stayed on the 2nd floor. The suite was clean and quiet. Furniture is moderate with two television sets. It had good linen which was plentiful. The sleeper sofa was comfortable with a good mattress. The shower had good water pressure and a shower massage. The location is great - just off the highway and adjacent to a Cracker Barrel and a gas station with convenience store. They have a great hot breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, they ran out of food for about 30 minutes during the Sunday morning rush. They didn't have the endless supply of fresh cookies usually offered at the Country Inns. ”

• Hotel was very clean and had incredibly comfortable beds...usually not found in less than 4 star hotel

“I will stay in this hotel again... I usually stay in 4 or 5 star rated hotels due to the deals I get, but this was a great hotel...not all the luxuries of 4 or 5 star, but the room was great staff was great and the bed was incredibly comfortable...and I am not easily pleased!!!”
