“My room was very large in comparison to other comparable hotel chains. There must have been a hidden air freshener somewhere in the room as well because my room always had a light floral scent to it and smelled really good. Hotel was in great location- lots of restaurants and stores in 1 mile radius. Front desk staff seemed a little slow at check-in.”

“I will be going to a dr. Upon our arrival home all out luggage and bags went in the backyard until we were able to wash them and spray down the luggage. I didn't want to bring anything into the house. I have never complained before. The hotel staff (manager not on duty upon check out) looked at the room and agreed the room was unacceptable. And almost throw up. I will take all this to the next level.”

“Room was not clean. Breakfast was scrimpy and severed in another made over room. Had to wait 1/2 hour for desk clerk to check out. Lots of noise at night. Not a very good stay. If my stay is typical suggest removing from your system. ”

“I cannot speak for the every room, but my room was not worth the price and it was definitely not what I expected for a Ramada Inn. The room was not clean, if you walked bare-foot through the room, you had to wash your feet. There was mold growing on the walls and in the corners near the door and windows. Also the room had a very "musty" odor when I first walked in. Furthermore, the door had almost no seal around and the people who walked by at night sounded like they were walking through my room. Fortunately the bathroom facilities appeared to be clean, but the Jacuzzi seemed to be missing pieces on one of the jets. The bed appeared to be clean and made, but the pillows were like rocks and the mattress felt like it was 100 years old. All in all, I was not even remotely impressed with the hotel room and unfortunately I stayed there anyway to avoid the hassle of trying to find a new hotel or a 3 hour drive home when I already had my attraction tickets. ”

“I think the check in time should be 2:00 p.m., but if someone needs a room before 3:00 p.m., they should check with housekeeping. While I was there, several customers were turned away because the front desk said there weren't any rooms available without checking. I had to personally go to talk to housekeeping to see if there was a room for me and they had 2 available (1 smoking and 1 non-smoking).”

“Ok hotel for the price paid, the air conditioner should have worked a little better considering it was constantly around 95 degrees during my stay.”

“The hotel was only 11 miles to Inner Harbor and was a very easy drive. It was filthy though. There was something slopped on the front of the TV and the mirror. After the first night I asked at the front desk to have the maid clean it when she was cleaning up the room. When I returned, it still was not cleaned. I asked again and went to dinner. When I returned it appeared they made an effort, but it was still dirty. I didn't ask again and I probably won't stay here again. It was cheap though and close to Baltimore.”
