“The Hotel was in an excellent location with lots of things to do in the immediate area. the parking is a bit expensive. Could be an very romantic hotel in the fall.”

“Some people have fussed about the $9.95 destination charge by the hotel. That means you get free local and long distance calls, free internet, free shuttles, free utilization of services at all 3 of their properties. The staff was bright, energetic, patient, and helpful. The room was well appointed to historic period. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. We loved the location, it was in the midst of many nice shops, restaurants, and pubs. It was located right on the edge of the inner harbor. We were very happy with it.”

“Stay away from this hotel. They have bed bugs in every room.”

“The Admiral Fell Inn was an extremely nice hotel with some of the friendliest staff I have encountered, which is saying something with the amount of travel that I do. There is a parking fee. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel itself was clean and home-like.”

“This hotel was great the people were so nice and friendly, newspaper at the door every morning, the rooms are named after historical people and on the side of the door there is a short paragraph about the person the room is named after people like Lord Calvert, Frederick Douglass and tons of others, great for close to the inner harbor or downtown Baltimore. In other words: Nice, very, very, Nice!”

“No one was at the front desk at my 2am check in and I was locked out of the hotel until a guest let me in. Then I waited for a couple of minutes at the front desk before getting served.”

“Overall, service was very poor, toilet overflowed twice, HVAC system could not be controlled well. This hotel is over rated.”

“Had a very nice time. The only minor complaint I had was the parking situation. If you did not valet park then your closest option was a garage about 4 or 5 blocks away. I would stay here again if the weather was nice. It would not be a pleasant walk from the garage to the hotel during inclement weather.”

“I will never stay at this hotel and will recommend to everyone. I can never to stay there because of the way they treated us as far as telling us that the closet available. Parking was over 4 blocks away and that they pretty much forced us to use the valet parking for an outrageous fee of $29.00 a night and the harbour magic tour package they have was not explained to us that it was a per night charge even if you did not want it or used it. This is the worst vacation I have spent down in Baltimore.”

“Nice location, friendly staff. Historical hotel so you need to accept the era etc. Rooms are nice but they have a major water pressure issue as I have stayed there twice.”

“Highly recommended. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even called be by name after the first day. One night I had to park my own car and pay a meter, because valet stops at 10pm. I did not complain or say anything, but on checkout I was only charged for 2 days parking and not 3 days, which was the length of my stay. That's customer service.”

“$28 a day valet parking. Parking garage over 4 blocks away. Neighbor not so nice. We were told there was no A/C in the rooms and to open a window. Windows had no screens. Stairs in the middle of floors. The floors were warped and the carpet was worn. Room was tiny. Pipes screeched when you showered. The only good things about this hotel is that they have a shuttle to their other 2 hotels which offer some nice programs and are close to the water front. None of the 3 have a pool. Our room was angled and one end was less than 4 feet wide. We had a great view of the neighbors dirty back yard.”

“This was a very nice hotel. The location in Fells Point is convenient to entertainment and dining, with many restaurants within a block or two of the hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed. Parking can be a headache - the area can get quite crowded on weekends. Valet parking at the hotel is $25/night, or a cheaper parking garage can be found about two blocks away.”

“This hotel has a lot of personality and history to it. Each room is named after a historical figure, most from the Revolutionary War era, and each room is unique. My room was very clean and comfortable. I also found the staff to be very friendly, attentive and helpful. The woodburning fireplace in the front lobby adds a warm, romantic feel. The location is in the midst of all the Fell's Point attractions, which also includes the many bars, which also means that it is likely a bit wild in the area on weekends. There is a number of street people the inhabit the plaza outside the hotel, but they seem harmless. Parking is $25.00 per day, but you can take your chances with on-street parking, which is free from 8:00 PM until 10:00 AM. I would stay there again.” Amenities at Admiral Fell Inn, Baltimore
