“Great location if you are attending an event at First Mariner or the Convention Center. Little more of a walk to Harbor area. Nice sized rooms with great beds. Bathroom also nice - with two sinks. Nice lobby bar area.”

“I had a great time in this hotel. I got a big room, nice, clean and very comfortable. I got a very low rate for this hotel. The staff was very friendly. I like the bar, the restaurant is not expensive and a nice variety of dishes. I would book this hotel again. I recommended.”

“This was a very nice hotel in downtown Baltimore. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The construction is older and in our room (on the corner and up some floors), we had to run the hot water for 10 minutes or so before it warmed up.”

“Very nice historic hotel. Location is the best part of this hotel. The valet parking was a pain and expensive, literally half the price of the room each night. The rooms are small compared to other 3 star hotels and we were given someone else's room! We literally walked into a room with someone else's luggage and belongings in it.”

“The staff was more than made up for any inconveniences. They were beyond friendly. I would go back even without a view. No mini-bar/room service (as far as I can tell) so not a 3.5 or 4 star but overall a great experience. Can't say enough about the staff! Overall
great
experience and would go back in a heartbeat. Great value.”

“I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The furnishings in the lobby and bar were old and dirty (to the point where I did not feel comfortable touching them without immediately washing my hands), the sheets were too small for the sleep number beds and kept coming off the bed throughout the night. The sleep number beds were awful. They are like glorified air mattresses. Our iPhone was stolen by one of the valets who then accused us of being a racist for even thinking that he could have stolen it when there was no other possibility, and the hotel staff and remainder of the valet staff were not helpful with anything other than helping us file and incident report which of course did not do us any good in retrieving the phone (which still has not been located). To add insult to injury after being accused of being racist and having our phone stolen, a bill for the parking was slipped under our door at 3am.”
