• The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderful.
• Valet parking was $36.00 per day which I felt was a little high.

“I would stay at the Radisson again and recommend it to friends and family.”

• The location & a good staff at the hotel, also a clean room.
• Nothing to complain about.

“This is a nice hotel in a good location between Camden Yards & the Inner Harbor. It has a nice small bar in the lobby with some chairs & tables in the lounge area. The rooms are very clean & the staffs are helpful & friendly. If you need to park a car, they have a valet, but it is cheaper to park in the underground garage across the street.”

“Hotel has nice location and is convenient to the Inner Harbor. The room was a little small for the amount being charged for a room. Wireless internet is strong and easy to use.”

“The hotel was well priced for it's value. The hotel is a few blocks from the Inner Harbor. The beds were very comfortable due to their new dial a number softness mattresses.”

• I liked the fact that we were given free continental breakfast.
• Our card to get us to the 18th floor never worked, the AC unit in the room kept breaking, there was mold on the ceilings.

“When we called the front desk about our broken AC unit it never got fixed, there was water damage done to the walls which caused mold to form on the ceilings and it was very noisy on our floor!”

• Old room, no doors on closet, dirty, dusty - flared my asthma.

“The most dirty disgusting hotel I've had the displeasure of staying at. Dirty, smelly, dusty rooms, flared my asthma - closet had no doors, 70's decor in room. small bathroom with no fan, trickling water, you pay $30 for valet parking, wait 50 mins outside in the scorching heat for that too.”

• I like a free continental breakfast and cleanliness.

“For the price a location it met my expectations. It was only an 8 minute walk to the Inner Harbor. In addition, the food was fantastic.”

• Room was terrible!

“Was stuck in the elevator for 1/2 hour. Hotel operator who answered the call and the worker who got us out were friendly. Thought they should have offered to give us a credit on the room but all we got was a free drink. Very disappointed. Hotel rooms were old and run down and in need of repair. I have stayed in Motel 6 that was nicer.”

• The ice machines on several floors did not work, parking fee, small beds.

“I would hesitate to stay here with small children because the walking distance to inner harbor and aquarium is too far, especially on a hot sunny day. The valet parking fee was hefty. The beds were small. The room was neat and clean.”

• The staff was very friendly, clean and very nice in appearance.
• The hotel was further from the Inner Harbor than anticipated.

“We were very pleased with the hotel. The lobby was very impressive, the staff friendly and the room was clean, quite and very nice. Would definitely stay there again. The only drawback was that it was further from the Inner Harbor than anticipated but still in walking distance from the Harbor.”

• Parking is too expensive $29 and area around hotel is not safe at night.

“Great location, but the area does not feel safe at night. The rooms were big and the beds were great. The staff was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay at this hotel again.”

• All staff was professional and friendly. Good locale walking to everything fun.
• The staff was very friendly and helpful, however I asked for some Legal size paper and there no one could help me. I'm sure they had some!

“This is a nice older hotel that has seen its better days. It is a good value stay. There's really nothing you can do about a hotel being old, it just is. Certainly worth staying at again.”

• The elevator was slow.

“When we checked in, we asked if it were possible to have a view of the Inner Harbor. The man checking us in said yes but when we got to our room our view was only of the building across the street. We wouldn't have minded if there were no rooms left with a view, but we didn't like being lied to.”

“This hotel really did not live up to my expectations at all. The headboard was broken, the Wi-Fi was weak and spotty, the climate-control was too polar, and the customer service was slow and had an "I'm not qualified to help you" attitude.”

“What you don't know is you have to pay an extra $29 per day for parking. No refrigerators, no pool, no continental breakfast or discount at their restaurant. The street noise was very loud all thru the night.”
