• Convenient to the home of the people we were visiting.
• The hallways and area around the elevators needs to be vacuumed. Allot of dirt in the corners.

“The hotel is very lovely. Some of the wall paper need to be repaired as it is pulling away from the walls. Especially in the bathroom.”

• Easy access to Annapolis waterfront. also near Maryland Renaissance Festival. Helpful staff.
• Parking is somewhat limited.

“The hotel is an easy 12-minute drive to the Annapolis waterfront, and is also near to the Maryland Renaissance Festival. Room was nice enough, clean, has windows that open, water pressure low. Breakfast okay, staff helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again.”

• Breakfast was good.
• Reservation clerk spoke terrible English.

“Better than average motel-style hotel, conveniently located to major highways. Good for one night stop overs. Pool was disappointing and was being used for swimming lessons to kids (not from hotel).”

“It is located on the outskirts of downtown Annapolis and is not "user friendly" for tourists. We did not need any of the amenities like the pool, banquet rooms, etc. so I cannot comment on them.”
