• Internet access.
• Asked for room close to Jacuzzi, room close to pool not Jacuzzi.

“I was very disappointed. I will be staying in a different hotel on my future business trips.”

• Great pool area in a quiet location convenient to freeway and Starbucks.
• The general area felt more like a motel strip, not seedy, but very Fresno.

“The exterior and parking area appeared rather common, more like a 2.5 star hotel, max. But once past the lobby area, the rooms were spacious, well appointed and clean. The interior court area with pool was beyond expectation and raised star level to a solid 3.”

• They went out of their way to upgrade our room because the two rooms I booked were not located together.
• The maids tried to get into the room much too early. (I know we should have put the sign on the door, but we forgot.

• The room was beautiful, clean - excellent set up for business with desk/leather chair, etc.
• No elevator (only 2 floors -but hard to carry luggage up in 100 degree heat.

“I had an excellent experience here. Cookies upon arrival and beautiful rooms. They have a nice pool area that I didn't use. They gave me a quiet room off the street - it was perfect for my needs - very accommodating. I was very surprised that it was off of such a busy street - so quiet and the rooms were actually elegant and I review restaurants and hotels for bay area - so I travel and eat a lot.”

• Nice big room.
• I had 2 packets of decaf coffee, no caffeinated in the in-room coffee maker, but got a free cup in restaurant.

• It has a central location that worked well for me on my trip to Fresno.
• Can't think of a thing.

• Modern, spacious rooms. Very comfortable bed.
• Outside noise.

“The rooms are large with comfortable beds. There is free internet. Only problem is that the past two times I have stayed at this hotel there is a lot of noise from people coming and going in the hallway. I'll stay here again though. It's the nicest I've found in Fresno.”

• The room was spacious, well laid out with a very comfortable bed.
• Water pressure was low in shower.

“I was pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the furnishings in my room. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I'd have loved to stay longer!”

• Peaceful pool setting with patios and lots of trees, recliner and comfortable couch in the room.
• No covered parking, Jacuzzi pool jets were not working properly.

“Very pleasant stay. Having an outdoor patio off the room, we enjoyed the night air and beautiful pool setting. The hotel also permitted my husband to smoke a cigar as we sipped a nice bottle of wine after dinner.”

• Rooms updated.
• Old, noisy could hear everything not insulated.

“Overall, it was nice but the hotel needs better insulation. I could hear the people upstairs all night and whenever someone shut the door it sounded like it was in our room. I will say the rooms have been updated but still have an older hotel feel.”
