• Location and price.
• Continental breakfast was weak.

“The hotel was what I expected for the price. It was good for my family, we were not there all day. One day we were still in the room when they came to clean it, but they never came back later to clean it when we left.”

“The bed sheets were not laundered. When we brought this to the attention of the motel staff they gave us clean sheets to put on the bed. While changing the sheets, a significant amount of dried blood was seen on the mattress. We then changed rooms and the manager gave us a 20% refund on that room (we had two).”

“I wish there was negative numbers allowed for this review. The room smelled. I had to wash my clothes after staying there to get the smell out. The place was so dirty I had to wear my flip-flops to take a shower! You dont even want to walk on the carpet barefoot! This hotel allows pets which is great if you are a pet lover. The pet fur from previous guests was still in the carpet and furniture! This hotel is also a permanent residence for college students (Fresno state is across the street). They rent out rooms like an apartment complex. When the Loud music starts going off at 2 AM, and you call guest services only to have them do nothing! I can say that over all this is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at!”
