• Very comfortable, family friendly, nicer and newer. I loved the full kitchen.

“The hotel was great. It was better than I expected. We have 4 children and we felt very comfortable. We loved the kitchen. It was clean and saved us so much on eating out. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel was ok, for the price.This hotel has to be a one star hotel. Reminded me of high traffic hotel from the local neighborhood. When I walked inside ,hotel reminded of a prison with security guard right in front.”

• Some staff didn't know anything about area.

“Extended Stay America - Fairfield, CA, is a good option for budget travelers. Well away from more traveled areas, it is close to the fine wineries in Suisun Valley, and has easy access to both I-80 and US 12. We would definitely stay here again. Our room was within about 300' of I-80, but soundproofing was so good that we really couldn't hear the traffic.”

• The room was very neat and clean and did not smell of any smoke.
• The bed was very hard and uncomfortable with really cheap inexpensive sheets.

• It looked like it was of better quality, than it actually was.
• It had but 1 vending machine in entire building.

“Was beautiful to look at, and appeared to be of better quality than it really was. Once inside it seemed like less fortunate families and drifters lived there. Not a place I would recommend or stay at again. The 3rd floor stunk of cigarettes throughout the halls. Not for me!”

• The area was safe.
• Lack of basic necessities.

“This hotel was awful. The hotel offered maid service only with an additional daily fee ($5.00 for replacement of toilet paper and emptied trash, and $10.00 for the room to be cleaned). If you needed clean towels, you had to go and get them. Our first two rooms were filthy. This experience was terrible.”

• They do not provide shampoo or dish soap.

“This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, the first time under the bed looked like it had never been cleaned, in years. This time the room was very clean, even under the bed. Its a very nice hotel, the only thing that annoys me about this hotel is its a kitchen suite with dishes etc. But they do not provide dish soap like all other kitchen suites do. They also do not provide shampoo in the bath rooms, this I find very annoying, everyone expects the small hotel bottles of shampoo when traveling. Flush the toilet with extreme caution! Pregnant women and people with heart conditions should not flush the toilets here, its like firing off some kind of 5,000 PSI air cannon. It won't just startle you, it will scare you the first time you flush their toilets and discover what I'm talking about. I've never seen toilets flush with such force in my life, it's beyond description.”

• The location was good, very close to restaurants and attractions.
• Rooms are not cleaned every day, bed was not comfortable, non-smoking room smelled like smoke, not many rooms with double beds.

“For the price, I can say my expectations were met. This is a good place to stay for a quick business trip, but not for a family vacation. Beds were not comfortable, rooms were not cleaned every day, my non-smoking room smelled like smoke and there are not many rooms that have double beds. The staff is nice and helped get us into a new room that did not smell, but they were not able to get us a room with double beds-which was not comfortable for a family of four. So make sure you check in early if you want two beds. The location was good, very close to restaurants, freeway and attractions.”

• I liked that there were kitchenettes in the unit, helped save on food preparation and meals.
• My room smelled funny and I needed two beds and only had one.

“I won't complain for the price, but it could have been a little more comfortable and could have smelled better.”

• It had a kitchen.
• We were pretty pleased.

“We were traveling with 3 young children and our family dog so we needed something roomy enough for all of us with the comforts of home. This place was convenient, plenty of parking, and located right next door to a Chuck E Cheese (which earned the title of "The best hotel ever"). We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends & anyone we know who's traveling with family.”

• No restaurants in the facility. Vending machines were lacking variety.

“The bed was very firm. The location is good for access to Napa Valley, Vallejo, etc. We felt very safe and relaxed while staying there.”

• It was easy to get to and the staff was friendly.
• No soap in the room, dirty kitchen towels, no soap for dishes.

• Quiet, convenient to interstate and stores.
• The non-smoking room was actually very stinky of cigarette smoke.

“When we entered our "non-smoking" room, the window was open and the AC on cold. As if airing the room. That night, we could not use the pillows due to stench of cigarette smoke.”
