• Friendly, clean with free full breakfast and evening snack with drinks included.
• Ran out of complimentary USA Today.

“This hotel is near downtown Naples with a very friendly staff and free breakfast and dinner snack with wine, beer or soda included. The pool area was beautiful and is where we had breakfast and dinner.”

• Needed to vacuum room more frequently, room dark.

• A suite. Equipped. Good location. Tasteful. Great breakfast. Pool. Lovely!
• That I could not continue to get the hotel at the same price. I would have stayed the whole vacation there.

• I liked the Tiki bar by the pool, great after meetings all day.
• Hated the nasty attitude of the desk. Hated that the I had to call the desk for soap, my room was never straightened. Shall I go on.

“I had been staying on and off in the Stay bridge for the past several months. Loved it and told my friends and business partners about it. Loved the room, Loved the tiki bar, felt at home. This last visit was awful, and I will never go back. As a matter of fact, I'm heading back to Naples this afternoon for business and I'll be staying at the Pelican Bay resort. I received a bar of soap in my hotel on Sunday, by Wednesday I called the desk for a new bar. My showers were cold. I called the desk, it was fixed, then the next day I was back to a cold shower. The men behind the desk were useless. I was struggling with my luggage(3 Bage) in the pouring rain, they had a dolly about 6 ft away from them. They choose to watch me struggle instead of helping The stay was awful, funny thing is, this is the second review I've filled out for Stay bridge and my first one I couldn't of raved more. Did the management change?”

• Nice , new , close to banks ,good food and not that far from the Gulf of Mexico.
• Nothing really all was good and service was very good.

• Great Location, Beautiful Decor, Felt like a 4star! Fantastic Value!
• I wished it was wireless, however, the desk had a cord for my PC. No big deal
