• I liked the conveniences that it was close to the location that I need to be for my meeting.
• I did not like that the bed was very hard and not comfortable.

“The hotel did not have a visual sign or logo that you would be able to see instantly. I had to ask a Taxi driver for the location of the hotel, because I could not find it and I was just near by it and even passed by in front of it and did not see it. The parking staff was not friendly, and I decided to park out side the hotel where it was more cheap, and the staff of the parking outside the hotel was friendly and helpful.”

• Location to Bayside was great.
• The room was WAY outdated and the bed hard as a rock.

“Locaiton is great and it's easy to get to but don't expect much. The bathroom is small and dingy. The bed was like sleeping on the floor.”

• I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel.
• I disliked everything about this hotel.

“This was the absolute worse hotel at which I have ever stayed. The window was held in place with duck tape, the carpet was dirty and sticky, paint was peeling off the walls, walls were dirty and had holes, the beds curved up at the ends and were hard as a rock. This was only 1 step better than a homeless shelter.”

• Located close to the Port of Miami, as well as the Bayside Mall.
• Horrible bed.

“This was by far the cheapest hotel in the area. The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on; I think I've sat on more comfortable wooden benches. The room was very small, with an opaque window and a barely large enough bathroom. I would never stay there again, but as it was for only one night before a cruise, it was okay.”

• Bed sunken, wall paint is scratched, doesn't smell well, elevator tile broken, bugs in the lobby etc.

“Do not try this hotel unless you have to sleep on the street otherwise. I would rate it as 0.5 star if given the option. I truly think this hotel shouldn't be in Miami because the condition it is in. Very poorly managed with the room condition. My friends and I were totally dissatisfied. Be warned there are much better ones around it and don't try to save money for this. Worst condition hotel I have ever been to so far.”

“Horrible, horrible! Do not go here! The walls are tracked like people run luggage or kids skateboard on them, the beds are disgusting, there are loose cables out of the wall (but no cable on the TV) and the carpets give you fear of taking your shoes off. I did not even stay here for 10 minutes, I turned around and left.”

• Location, great for shopping.
• Rooms were shabby and beds were lackluster at best.

“This hotel is shabby and unless you are staying for 1 night before a cruise or just to shop, I would advise against. The staff is poor, and unreliable. They did not have enough irons to provide. The towels were dirty. The bed lines were from the 70's. Besides location, this hotel has nothing to offer but a bed to sleep on. No comfort.”

“This hotel was horrible, staff was unprofessional, and rooms were small and dirty. We had are toddler with us and I pushed the beds to fit his play pen when I notice that there was a huge hole on the wall.”

• Location, the view (14th floor) was incredible.
• There was flooded water in my bathroom when I got there.

• The price was lowest in the area and the TV worked.
• No breakfast available of any kind.

• The location was good! The Hotel was disgusting!
• Dirty, disgusting, ugly, old, in desperate need of renovations.

“This hotel was a good location however it was the most disgusting place I have ever been to. The walls were all scratched up and in need of a paint job. The towels that we were provided were dirty! Absolutely disgusting! The mattresses on the bed has springs sticking out, were flattened and in need of being replaced. The carpet was ripped and dirty never walked on it without shoes on for fear of catching a foot disease. The shower had hair in it when we arrived, was rusty and lacked hot water! I have stayed in hotels in third world countries that were cleaner then this hotel. I would not dare eat at the restaurant for fear of getting a parasite. I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like! Beware of the Continental it was a run down, dirty and overpriced hotel!”
