• Free 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport.
• We arrived at night and the area did not seem safe. Was OK in the day time.

“The hotel was OK, needs updated. Bathrooms where clean but toilet seat was cracked. Carpet was stained with who knows what. Did not walk around barefoot. Best feature is the free shuttle to and from the airport. The pool was nice.”

• The remodel should be impressive, once it's finished.
• The room carpet was very dirty.

“They were the best price available at the airport. The staff was very courteous and apologetic about the inoperative elevators, cable TV and unavailability of a remodeled room. I left my phone charger behind and they have not been able to recover it or return it to me.”

• Bellman was only staff that went out of his way to help with problems.
• Elevators out of service. Did not get room that was reserved.

“Even for money this hotel was terrible. Service elevator only one functioning. Booked two double beds and received one king for 4 people. Had to argue to get rollaway. I would never stay here again. Front desk help useless only bright spot was bellman who tried best to help.”
