• Comfortable and clean. Loved the shuttle service to the airport!
• Very warm in the hallways and slow elevators.

• The staff was very helpful and friendly. The buffet in the morning was much more than I had expected and the food was very good.
• The neighborhood was not what I had expected. When we first arrived at the airport we had to wait for over forty minutes for transportation.

“ The staff was wonderful but the hotel was not in the best neighborhood. The door was broke when we got top the hotel and my 85 year old mother and I had to walk through a parking garage to get to the lobby. Staff was good inside and helpful for food venues and room set up. ”

• Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
• No pool, not enough shuttle times.

“This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was either new or recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable especially after a long trip. The staff were very helpful. They even let us stay a little past the check-out time, since we were having trouble getting a rental car to continue our trip. The airport shuttle is the only thing we had any gripes about. We had to call them three times to come pick us up. We were told once that the shuttle had already come and gone. Apparently it comes only on scheduled times, not at 1:00 in the morning when we needed it. We ended up just taking a taxi after waiting for 45 minutes.”
