• Very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
• No pool, not enough shuttle times.

“This hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It was either new or recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable especially after a long trip. The staff were very helpful. They even let us stay a little past the check-out time, since we were having trouble getting a rental car to continue our trip. The airport shuttle is the only thing we had any gripes about. We had to call them three times to come pick us up. We were told once that the shuttle had already come and gone. Apparently it comes only on scheduled times, not at 1:00 in the morning when we needed it. We ended up just taking a taxi after waiting for 45 minutes.”

• They were very accommodating and friendly.
• One of the bathrooms behind front desk was a mess.

“Its prefect for travelers who want a hotel, with a nice room, comfortable bed, a nice hot shower, a place to keep your luggage, if your planning on doing allot of day trips. Express breakfast had more choices then I expected, but the dining room got a little crowded at times, overall we enjoyed it.”

• The hotel is within a short distance of Miami Airport and shuttle bus is provided. You are able to park your car at the hotel while on a trip.
• There are no amenities, i.e.., pool. It is OK for overnight stays only.

“The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The cost of a room is expensive for what you get.”

• It was convenient, accessible, and very helpful to provide transition to and from the cruise lines.
• It was very noisy, the doors slammed hard during sleep hours of 2-5 am.

“Overall, my wife and I were pleased. Friendly staff and transportation was provided when we needed it both to cruise lines and airport. They too were very helpful and friendly.”

• Room I had was the worse smelling room I have ever been in. Hotel was either unable or unwilling to move me.
• Over priced and sub par rooms. Very bad smell in room.
