• The location.
• Breakfast.

“Rooms were nice and clean but I could have walked off the street and gotten a nicer room for the same price a block away.”

• valet parking only which was a bit slow

• For the price, this hotel was first rate. Beautiful spacious room.
• Parking could be more convenient.

“For someone looking for a reasonably priced hotel room, Miami's Courtyard by Marriott in Dadeland cannot be beat! The room was huge and comfortable. Only downside was the limited parking at the hotel entrance, which seems to be handled well, but by valet only.”

• Printed descriptions of local restaurants, including those in walking distance.
• Many staff members did not speak enough English to give directions.

“Excellent service with beautiful rooms, but a little tricky to find and get in/out of. Valet parking only.”

• Convenient to Highway 1 and shopping (grocery and otherwise).

“As there was no restaurant at the hotel we assumed when we saw a buffet breakfast in the lobby it was complimentary. We felt duped and think the hotel should have made it clear the breakfast was not complimentary.”

• We got a nice hotel for a good price.
• Breakfast was expensive

“We liked the hotel but wished that it had a continental breakfast like almost all hotels do nowadays. It might have been a little too high class to serve a cheap breakfast, though.”
