• The only thing was the pillows were flat the 1st night, but I explained & the staff quickly got me the 2 more I requested while being very nice.

“We went as a family for a mini vacation to zoo Atlanta, fern bank museum & the Georgia aquarium. It was only about a 15 minute drive to the sites. Every staff member that we came in contact with displayed excellent hospitality skills. Our room had a microwave and fridge. The microwave was underpowered so they promptly brought a replacement. I wish we could have enjoyed the aquarium 1/2 as well as this hotel! It was a crowded disappointment! We will definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future for other mini vacations in the Atlanta area.”

• It was right off the freeway that was nice.
• There isn't anything I didn't like.

“The hotel was right of the freeway. There was good restaurants close by that you could walk to. The rooms where clean and comfortable.”

• I loved the shower.
• The check-in procedure was much longer than necessary.

“This hotel was very nice, and the only thing that I was disappointed in was the check-in procedure. The staff did not appear to be motivated in the least, and she was not exceptionally friendly either.”
