• The continental breakfast was unbelievable.
• The smoke smell was everywhere except the pool and front desk area.

“When walking through the door, the Smokey smell is overwhelming. The smoke was even present in the non smoking rooms. The cleaning staff did a great job at cleaning our room but they forgot a bottle of chemicals in our room that one of our children found. It would be a good place for an overnight traveler not for a weekend stay with the family.”

• Their pool was wonderful, water was bath warm, great to swim in.
• Did not have an elevator, but the employee put us on the first floor.

“An employee went out of her way to help us, she gave us a room on the first floor when she found out my mother was handicapped. She also found a refrigerator to put in our room. Very nice employees. My ma & I had a great stay; we went swimming & used the whirlpool. I would stay there again. The hotel was very clean.”

• Convenience to where I needed to be.
• Bathroom sink was chipped and crack, several outlets didn't have covers.

• The rooms were spacious and clean.
• The breakfast and location left a lot to be desired.

“The pool is nice as is the hot tub. The hotel is difficult to find the entrance to. The rooms were big and clean but maid service starts pushing you out early. Hotel staff was not unfriendly but you got the impression that they were not warm greeters either.”

• Easy to miss the silage from the highway.

• Great location.
• The pool was icy cold and the pool area closed at 10 pm.

“I like to relax in the hot tub after a day of standing 10 hours or more. I work as a vendor on weekends. I cannot always make it to the hotel by 10 pm I left the show early just so I could get 15 minutes in.”

• Quiet comfortable clean room.
• Some of the staff were poorly dressed including the day manager.

“I think this hotel only fair but considering the alternatives for Woodstock it is the better hotel of the three. Next time I will stay in Crystal lake or a near by suburb.”

• Price, in room coffee maker, overall size of room.
• Heating or cooling unit. Lack of furniture.

“It was quite cost appropriate, but I have never stayed in this class of hotel, so I was not impressed. The room was cold about entering and I did not like the window heating or cooling unit. The room was large, but sparse with furniture. The bathroom door had an automatic closer on it, therefore the heat could not move into it and it stayed cold until I propped a table in front of it.”
