“Good location but the place was a wreck. The room smelled badly. The bedding had stains and did not look like it was changed. The staff was rude but offered to change my room to a cleaner one. Where is the Alsip board of health? Stay away from this mess at all costs. There are other hotels within 2 miles of Alsip. Hampton Inn in Crestwood was a lot better when I stayed there.”

“I would not stay in this hotel again. We had two different rooms and members from each room woke with bites and bugs were found in the bedding. The carpet was filthy and the exterior corridor was filthy. It was a very disappointing hotel stay.”

“Its location was certainly the best feature. However, the room had the towel rack hanging off the wall and the toilet paper holder was out of the wall and you could see to the other side. The cable didn't work which wasn't good for relaxing to some television and the internet wasn't working so I could get my work done.”

“This hotel had many problems especially with the language barrier with the staff. I know they understand English but it seems that everyone uses it as an excuse for problems. Broken coffee maker, no cups for breakfast unless you asked. Noisy from car traffic. At least the bed was comfortable. They got one thing right.”

“The rooms were nasty, the floor was heavily soiled, and the towels were dengy and there were crumbs in bed. There were also metal prongs of some sort sticking out beneath the bed which my child hit on several occasions. That was my second room accommodations. The first room was mildew smelling. What a horrid experience.”

“When I read the reviews for this hotel I was scared to check in and that my vacation was going to be ruined, but this was not the case. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. I had no problems what so ever at this hotel and I stayed there for a total of 6 day. It was very nice.”

“I will never stay at this hotel again. The price was not worth paying. Between the smell that seemed to linger everywhere in the building, there was also construction in 3/4 of the rooms, the floors were noticeably warn to the point of little pot-holes through the whole outer corridor, and the staff being aloof about most any problem, I had a very difficult time finding peace with the cost. I'd rather sleep in the back seat of my car than stay at this hotel again.”

“I was expecting to have a lot nicer hotel. The hotel room did not even have ESPN and many of the TV channel did not come in well. There was a bed and a shower. Breakfast was not half bad ether.”

“Overall the room was not that bad but it was not that great. The smell of the room was overwhelming. The price was right for what you got. I did not like the parking lot because you could only go out one of two ways to get to your floor but I would have appreciated a better experience no matter where it is. I would not stay in this hotel again at that location I will stay with the company at another location.”

“The hotel room was so dirty, I was afraid to remove my shoes in the room and the shower. There was mold in the bathroom on the floor, the tub, and the shower curtain. The sink only ran cold water. Further, I booked for a room in the Midway Airport vicinity and the hotel was so far away, it cost me over $70 in cab fares to continue my journey.”

“This room was terrible. The hotel was average. The employees could not answer any questions about local travel interests. They were smoking in the open foyer door area. The hotel listed things like cable, hair dryer, neither were available. The hallway smelled like a dead raccoon crawled into the trash (before dying of course). We needed a room with 2 double beds. We received 1 king. The employee switched the room to 2 doubles upstairs and a smoking room. There were less than 20 cars in the parking lot all night (I counted). They could have given us a better room. It was just a poor experience. I guess you have to make 100,000$ a year to get a decent room at a decent place.”

“I was disappointed that they could not switch my room, claiming they had no other rooms available, when the hotel was clearly less than half occupied. They only had 5 clear channels on the TV and the wireless internet was only available in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“Staff very unfriendly and unaccommodating. Room was poorly equipped and didn't feel clean. Breakfast was meager, tables in disrepair, and eating surfaces not clean. The location is listed as in the Midway Airport area. This is a stretch. It is about 10 miles away. We paid far more than it was worth. High speed internet didn't work.”

“This is the worse experience we have had at a hotel. The rooms are atrocious (mold in the bathrooms, soap dishes tore of the walls, holes in the wall by the bed, filthy carpets), we did not feel safe, the grounds had cigarette butts and trash laying all over, the vending machines did not work, we had a man knocking at our door at 4:00 am looking for God only knows what, the breakfast was awful, and it was not close to the Midway Airport (it took almost 25 minutes to get there). I am normally not a complainer but this hotel was absolutely awful. ”

“I was very disappointed with the hotel. I requested one that was near midway. When I realized this was not close and I could not take an airport shuttle, I asked the front desk for a list of taxi companies or a phone book (there was not one in my room) they gave me coach shuttle but I could not be picked up at my hotel, I needed to bum a ride or walk 5 blocks to the terminal. This was not what I planned to do. I was very disappointed for putting me in this hotel which was clearly not close to midway, so I saved no time at all and was more inconvenienced than I would have been to get a taxi from my home.”

“The bathtub was chipped and looked pretty bad. The staff was friendly, but did not deal with the noise including a rock at the door and knocks on our window and drinking by guests in the common areas, so we called the police. We were finally able to sleep at about 1:30 a.m. The one of the drinking residents called our room at 3:30 a.m. looking for pizza. I couldn't sleep after that. It took 30 min. to drive to Midway Airport. It might be OK on another night, but I won't be trying it again.”

“The hotel was what I expected. The desk clerk was excellent. Very helpful to me and took care of my requests very well. The fact that they do not provide transportation to and from the hotel is a deal breaker for me. I would not stay there again, because it costs too much in cab fares.”
