• Great staff; clean, beautiful room with great amenities. Superb location near everything!

“This hotel is very clean and the room sizes are great. Staff was courteous and hospitable. Breakfast served with many varieties and amenities that are great to use - complimentary gym use at a great local gym. Overall, my stay was great and my expectations were exceeded! I will use priceline for all my hotel lodging!”

• Great proximity, clean, great breakfasts, and overall very pleased.
• Men talking in the hall at 3am was quite audible - called desk to have them removed.

“The suite was at the very end of the hall. We opted for a room closer to the elevator because my husband is somewhat disabled, and could not walk that far. There was no compensation for room change or the fact the men in hall kept us awake for over an hour! I wish you would ask if a handicap room is needed or we could pick out bed size. Still a nice place and as usual appreciate your services!”

• Excellent free breakfast buffet spacious rooms with all needed hair dryer, iron toiletries.
• Front desk was slow had to wait for a clerk to help was not present at front desk.

“Clean, nice breakfast easy to find not far from crystal lake where we took the train into Chicago, ample room size would definitely stay here again.”

• One of the double beds was uncomfortable; maybe an old/worn mattress?.

• It was a very clean room and atmosphere.
• I didn't like the fact that on weekends that you serve breakfast at 7.

“I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it very much. One thing I didn't like is that I was leaving very early Saturday morning to miss the traffic in Chicago (even on weekends it is very busy) that breakfast wasn't served until 7. The worker was in the dining area watching TV so there is no reason at least by 6:30 it could have been served. P.S. I wasn't the only one leaving this hotel that morning to get a breakfast.”

• The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
• Cleaning staff was very vocal in the morning outside the room.

• A newer hotel. Friendly, helpful staff.
• No pool towels. When a guest requested more, they brought 5 more!

“Newer hotel that was great for our family stay. Beds were comfortable and ample amount of pillows.”
