• It was in a convenient location for us.
• It took forever to check in.

“We've stayed here before. I have always found it nice and comfortable. It won't win any awards for being extraordinary, but if you need a decent place to stay for a night, this will do just fine.”

• They had a great breakfast.
• Front desk lady didn't know what she was doing, double charged me.

“I liked the hotel, it was nice, had comfortable beds and a great breakfast. But the lady who checked me in charged me double, and I had trouble getting a hold of a manager to resolve problem, my bank had to resolve the problem for me.”

• The rooms were very clean.
• Breakfast was nice, but eggs were mad with cheese. My husband is allergic to cheese.

“I like the hotel, they were very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast would have been wonderful had it not had been made with cheese on their eggs, not everyone can dairy or like cheese for that matter. Other than that it was nice.”

• Location.
• Linda Greene was rude and unwilling to help us. She has yet to return my call. She is avoiding the situation.

“The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets were rough and scratchy, the non smoking rooms are vented in such a way that the smoke from the smoking rooms comes right into the bathroom. I have asthma that was a huge problem.”

• The included breakfast was very tasty and offered a large variety.
• A little expensive for a 2 star hotel.

“The hotel has easy access to the interstate and is close to restaurants and shopping. It is only 1 of 2 hotels with a pool in the immediate area and was more than 20 dollars less a night. But there are other hotels in the area that are less money that are just as nice, but no pool. It was a nice hotel.”

• The linens/pillows were wonderful!
• The hot tub was too hot to use.

“I took my granddaughter to visit my home town (I haven't been there in thirty years) and was wonderfully pleased with the hotel accommodations. Someone was thinking of visitors comfort by changing the usual bedding to something that's actually comfortable to sleep on (fluffy pillows, soft cotton sheets and no slippery, itchy comforter)! Staff were friendly and helpful, exactly what I remembered about Southern Indiana. It was a great trip!”

• Easy access, quiet, off the main thoroughfare. Good breakfast selection. Comfortable bed, spacious room.
• Nothing. If didn't like it would not have stayed there third time in three years.
