• Great bed, liked breakfast area.
• Road noise in evening when I open window for fresh air.

“Remodeling complete so everything is new looking and clean. Char-house steaks not to be missed.”

• Location is excellent right off I-90.
• Pool was somewhat cold and the water was a bit murky.

“Hotel is great for business travelers and okay for families. Breakfast room and complimentary breakfast are very good, although the toaster was not functioning properly. The pool was a bit cold and the water was not as clear as it should have been. The staff was very friendly and seemed competent.”

• Breakfast buffet was very good.
• Hot tub was under repair.

“Clean comfortable room. Hall way smelled of smoke. To our disappointment, hot tub was not working. Breakfast buffet was decent.”

• The rooms were well kept and the breakfast was very good.
• Pool area could be improved.

“This hotel is in a great location for access to the major highways. It's near restaurants and you can walk to one next door which is nice after traveling. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathroom and amenities are excellent. The continental breakfast is very good.”

• We always love Country Inn & Suites hot breakfasts and friendly staff!
• The pool area had two pools but the smaller one was completely drained and there was a very loud group in there.

“It's conveniently located off of I-90, in a safe, easily accessed area, with a well, known restaurant within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the hotel met our standards of what we expect from Country Inn & Suites (our favorite hotel chain). We were, however, disappointed there was no paperview and that a children's b-day party was using the pool both in the evening when we arrived and the next morning (making it too loud for me to be in there with our infant, and not so enjoyable for my husband and our toddler who were looking forward to having a fun time in the pool together). Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. the staff was very helpful in giving us directions to local attractions.”

• The Front Desk Staff was Friendly.

“One evening at 2 in the morning a group of drunken wedding goers decided to run up and down the hall screaming and shouting. I called the front desk and they took care of it right away.”

• The breakfast area was large; coffee was available 24/7. Sitting on front porch area was pleasant.
• Pool was cold, both water and layout. No refrigerator in room.

“Location is excellent for freeway access and many shopping mall areas. Staff was pleasant. The pool area is only adequate and the room is standard. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.”

• Great staff.
• Noisy (senior class stayed there), police raid very upsetting.

“Just ok. High speed wireless internet connection is the worst we've seen. Always dropping connections and very slow. Both my wife and I have laptops and are professionals in the computer industry. Unfortunately, she could not work from the room due to the poor internet connectivity. Also, there was a police raid in the room next to ours where a woman was tied to a bed and the assailant was threatening his victim with bodily harm (overheard the detectives mention either a razor or tazer - not sure which). Then on our last weekend there, an entire high school class from PA was staying at the hotel and they partied to 2 pm in the morning. Hotel staff was relying on the chaperones to quiet the kids, which they didn't, so the rest of us suffered calling the front desk multiple times without any results. There was a lot of irate quests at the front desk in the morning.”

• Complimentary Breakfast. Pool was clean and correct temperature. Book checkout program.
• Elevators. Jerky and slow.

“Good location and facility, particularly for families or business travelers. Book checkout program a plus and I use it each time I visit Country Inns and Suites.”

• The gym was great and so were the pools.
• It seemed old.

“I guess it was okay for the stars but my kids got the courtyard at the nest exit down the road and it was allot better and I saw it for myself. It was also rated 2.5 stars and I would have thought country inn should have been rated less if you are comparing.”

• It was in a good location.
• The pool was being repaired and it reeked of cigarette smoke.

“The check in process was quick and efficient. I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was out of service. We stayed on a week end night. The management should have had the problem corrected during the week. I overheard other guests complaining about the pool also. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but the whole floor and our room smelled like cigarettes.”

• Wonderful free breakfast, nice maids, clean rooms and nice all around.
• The front desk guy was sort rude but overlooked it.

“It is a nice place to stay for families, business travelers or people needing a place to stay while in town. I'm sure they have nicer rooms (suites) but we didn¿t stay in those so I cant say. Good place for the money that we paid.”
