• Quiet!
• Long walk from registration desk to guest room!

“You can tell what the idea was when management put this older hotel under renovation. I just did not see the carry through, they should've asked to see examples of the crew's work before they were hired. This particular Sleep Number Bed had a steep learning curve. Other than that, it met my expectations.”

• The ladies at the front desk.
• Maintenance issues.

“ We walked in and thought it would be a really nice stay. We got in the room and the sleep number bed would not work properly. You would set it for a number then it would jump around to something completely different. There were stains on the carpet and one on the foot stool. In the bathroom there was a loose screw on the door handle so when you turned it, it would cut your finger. Mine ended up infected. When I left a message with the Manager he didn't respond. When we stayed, there was a dance going on and I could hear the bass till about 10 pm which was really disruptive. They didn't bother to warn us or put us in a room that wasn't right above the ballroom. ”

• Comfortable beds & rooms. Very helpful staff.
• No pool or hot tub. Small shower.

“Very comfortable hotel right next to the airport. Planes come right overhead to land, but the noise isn't a problem at all. I wished it had a pool and hot tub, but other than that the stay was great. They even have Sleep Number beds by Select Comfort.”

• Not much.
• The service.

“When I walked into the hotel and it was overpowered with the stench of deodorizer that something bad was being covered up. It took me days to get the smell out of my head and we were there less than 24 hours. We intended on relaxing in the hotel bar and getting a bite to eat as well, but all they served there was pizza and had run out on the night we arrived. The dive bar that the staff then sent us to was so disgusting, our waitress was seen carrying a bottle of beer to be served under her armpit! I needed a hot bath to wash the smoke out of my pores, but couldn't bring myself to sit in the tub in our room, it was so dirty, so I showered instead. I realize that being close to the airport is convenient, but good service and a clean environment shouldn't be something that you have to pay extra for.”

“This is a great hotel. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful and kind. While
I was sitting in the lobby they would wait on me and brought me a cup of tea. The hotel was clean and nice. Not really a particularly romantic place. But very comfortable.”

• Price we get from priceline is very good for a 3 star hotel.
• Soundproof is horrible...we can hear people in other room talk and their TV very clearly.

“Will only go there with price that we bid on priceline, otherwise, do not recommend it. Also, they don't have complimentary breakfast, but it is good they have free parking during your stay.”

• Cost was low.
• High noise level - airport traffic, also room next to elevator - Room was dirty upon arrival.

“Not impressed. Too noisy to sleep - planes going overhead constantly. Dirty room upon arrival Tub was dirty. Not enough towels in room I would not rate this motel as 3 stars - more like 1 or 2 at the most. Staff was nice.”

• View of Indianapolis Airport.
• No vent fan in the bathroom.

“Overall, the Radisson provided us with a pleasant stay. The only issue we had was with their sleepnumber beds. Most sleepnumber beds have independent air chambers for each side of the bed. These beds only had one which I can only compare to the old days of waterbeds. Every time my wife or I moved on the bed, we just about bounced the other one off the other side. These sleepnumber beds are an engineering failure. They should stick to the design with independent adjustment for each side.”

“We stayed overnight so that we could catch an early morning flight. The customer service we received was excellent. We were told where to park our car and what time the shuttle would leave for the airport - and it was right on time, no waiting! The room was neat and clean and the staff was terrific. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up at the airport within five minutes and dropped us off right at our car. Great service! Thank you for making the beginning of our trip go so smoothly!”

• The rooms were old, paint peeling and flaking from the ceiling and the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept in.

• Moto parking was not acceptable. There should have been several car parking spaces marked for motorcycles only.

• not clean/ smell was bad!

“the location for people using airport is good/ but the room was not clean/ even had a bug in the bathroom/ even though the manager upgraded my room because of the bug problem, the suite room was smelly.”

• SelectComfort beds, free WiFi in every room.
• There was no swimming pool, and no complimentary breakfast.

“Though staying at this hotel was a pleasant-enough experience, the condition of the room doesn't really warrant a 3-star rating. There was a crack in the wash basin, cracks in the plaster where the walls meet the ceiling, and the the shower head was totally unsatisfactory. Also, no hair conditioner was left with the toiletries.”

• I was upgraded to a suite.
• My room's fire alarm went off due to excessive heat from shower.

“Very good option in Indy - near airport, but not "next door" since Indy has a brand-new airport. Great food in lounge and restaurant. Very nice front desk staff -- upgraded me to a King suite.”

• The restaurant food was good and our waitress was the best
• The carpet was nasty.

“There wasn't any airplane noises since the new airport was further south. The bed was uncomfortable and I think they could have given us a nicer room. The hotel was difficult to find. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant food and service.”

• Close to airport.
• Halls were very hot on the floor
  I was on.

“Hotel is close to New Airport. Has a nice lobby. The floor I was on, was very hot and per another guest I talked to, has been that way for several weeks. The room was okay, nothing fancy. I was able to adjust room temperature to cool it down. Good stay for the reason I needed it for.”
