“The hotel met my expectations. Great location, good staff, clean rooms, nice amenities such as restaurants, fitness centre and swimming pool all on site. Most glaring downfall is the parking situation. The attached garage to the hotel charged $24 a day. That is way too much for this market. I parked just a few blocks away for $11 a day. If possible I would recommend to guests if they want to save some money not to park on site and use one of the many nearby garages to park and just walk to the hotel.”

“When I first walked in, I was disappointed with the main entrance and lobby area. I was pretty small and not very welcoming. It was a little drab. The ceilings in the parking garage were much too low and the garage itself was too dark even during the day. The room itself was nice, but not quite as nice and upscale as I expected. It was only slightly nicer than the Holiday Inn, I had stayed at previously. It was comfortable and I felt safe. I liked the ease with which the room temperature was controlled, and the cleanliness of the room. I definitely enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee. However, the biggest turnoff I had with this hotel, was some of the staff's reaction to our party (myself, my wife and our two children who are under 2). We were returning on foot from the nearby mall and it was raining. We were rushing back into the lobby and were dressed casually. The employee at the door stopped us to ask "Can I help?" you in a tone that showed me that he really meant. You're definitely in the wrong place and couldn't possibly be a guest here. I quickly responded as nicely as possible "We're guests here". To which he responded a little surprised "Oh, you're guests here." and opened the door. I was definitely turned off and slightly angered by this judgment. Overall, though, aside from that one employee, the staff was courteous and helpful.”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was $16.00 for 2 days, too much! Construction was being done on parking garage, so getting out was very confusing! Check in person at the front desk was not friendly. She had a French accent and hurried us through the process!”

“The rooms are pretty nice. My room was wonderful, clean and stocked with all the crunchy starched cheap white towels I could use. The quality, location and pleasant personalities of the hotel staff far surpassed my expectations.”

“The hotel was very clean and professional. I would definitely use again. My complaints are that the use of the parking garage was 16.00 extra per day, as this is the only place to park. I expected that to be validated but it was not. The last being that their is no wireless signal in the rooms at least on the 15th floor. The lobby does have a free signal from public Indy WiFi. So I had to pay 12.00 a day from wired service in the room. These are minor complaints when compared to the overall stay.”

“The hotel was clean; appointments were fresh and decently new. I especially liked the view from the 18th floor. The check-in staff upgraded our room to a corner where we could see the Soldiers and Sailors Monument.--very nice touch! Even though we only stayed one night, it was very accommodating.”

“Nice hotel. Close to everything we needed. We arrived on a Thursday and they let us check in early without difficulty. We left on a Sunday and never moved our car the entire time because everything was within walking distance.”

“At check-in I was told that the computer wont let me change your room to a double from a king even though there were plenty of rooms available and I never requested a king bed because I was traveling with my 15 year old son. The shower curtain had mold all over the bottom. I would not stay here again.”
