• Beautiful, great location within walking distance of a lot of nice places.
• Breakfast took a very long time and was not very good when it finally came. Key card kept malfunctioning.

• Big screen TV.
• Staff lied to us on 4 counts, did not get what we expected.

“They could not park our van and we had to park 8 city blocks (almost 1 mile) away and they charged us $25 per night for this service. We also were not given a free breakfast. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.”

• Our hotel room was very hot and we could not turn on the air.

“The air was not working in the hotel room, just the heat. Saturday night neither my husband or I slept and he actually went down to the front desk and spoke to someone about it at 4:00am. They did move us to another room the following night.”

• Parking garage attached to building.
• Room was cold because of corner windows.

“Beautiful lobby with helpful staff and doorman. Restaurant had much ambience, good food, and great staff. Room was pleasant, although not very many channels on television.”

• The hotel room and lobby were very nice.
• The hotel room was very warm and air conditioning did not work.

“The hotel room was in nice condition, but it was about 80 degrees. The air conditioning did not work, and after multiple calls to the front desk for assistance, nothing was done by them.”

• Location.
• Breakfast is essential for a good days start.

“I put my request for room deivery for breakfast on the door at 7pm (plenty of time for service). I was on business and on a tight schedule and to have been denied breakfast was a huge let-down. No offered the slightest bit of apology.”

• Clean and comfortable.
• Overcharges for food and such, $13/day internet.

“It had very nice clean rooms, good air quality. The in-hotel snacks were ridiculously high priced. The internet access was $13.00/day, when every little Days Inn now offers it for free. They had new flat screen TVs, but the reception was not HD and poor by the standards of the 1960s.”

• Huge HDTV in the room.
• Relatively expensive parking.

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was tastefully decorated and priced competitively. There was an enormous LCD television in the room, although some channels didn't get the best reception.”

“This hotel was clean and well taken care of. It was within walking distance of lots of attractions and dining. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the valet. They gave great advice to people who did not know a lot about the city.”

• Swimming pool view, comfortable bed.
• First room - no sink! Second room - extremely noisy ventilation - odor.

“We had to wait about 1/2 hour in line for check-in. Only one attendant at 5:30 pm! When we finally got to our room, the sink was gone! It was in the process of being repaired. Tools and pipes on the toilet seat. The second room had a noisy pounding/rattle in the ventilation fan. It also smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking. It cost us 14.00 to get a beer and mixed drink at the bar, 18.00 in taxes, and 22.00 in parking! Other than that, it was okay!”

• View from my room was excellent (upper floor, backside) coffee maker& coffee included, comfortable beds and TV.
• One of front desk staff spoke very softly, couldn't understand, wouldn't check me in because late, even though I called, said it was taken care of.

“After check in, stay was pleasant, very nice view, with paper delivered in morning, and coffee maker in room, staff was helpful.”

• Modern rooms, flat screen TV's, side wall windows, great views.
• Shower heads too low! No free WiFi internet.

“This hotel was okay. There were a few things we really didn't like and would probably make us avoid staying here again. The shower heads were positioned way too low! My boyfriend is over 6 foot and he had to bend over to get his head wet. I also didn't like how they didn't have free WiFi internet, most hotels now have this great offer and its free. I also didn't like how the windows didn't open or how there wasn't a fan in the bathroom. The continental breakfast wasn't free, unless you're a club member. Overall, it was just okay.”

• Great view. Staff was awesome.
• Forgot a wake up call. Loud wedding.

“The staff was terrific, the room had a great view of Monument Circle. The only problem was I had a swimmer with a wake up call for 5:30 am. There was an outside wedding on the 9th floor (outside terrace). Normally that would not be problem but with his most important event the next day. The whole room was banging to the drums. We stay in many hotels for swimming and this was great.”

• Good location in Downtown.

“We were given a beautiful room with a view, but couldn't even open our blinds to see it because literally from 5 PM and until we had to call the front desk twice between 12 AM and 1 am to get security, there was a bar set up with tables of people and a party with lots of drinking & loud voices 1 feet outside of our sliding glass doors.”

• Friendly door man/lobby person. Nice view of the downtown from the pool.
• Was told to leave pool area, that pool was closed, even though we were not in the enclosed pool area.
