• Loved the pool and the breakfast.
• No elevator.

“They have an indoor pool and a nice breakfast in the morning. Could use some updating but overall was a great stay! I would stay here again!”

• Pleasant employees and always willing to help with what ever issues we had.
• Rooms had odor of a smoking room even though it was marked as non smoking.

“Hotel was very nice and clean. I would stay here again. Close to everything I need to do and was in a very populated area which made me feel more comfortable.”

• Pool closes too early.

“Very nice hotel, the best 2.5 star I have ever stayed at, excellent full breakfast included, nice indoor pool but it closed too early. Very clean no fowl odors. Highly recommended.”

• Food on the hallway floor that was never cleaned up.

“Good location for where I needed to be. The room was clean and fairly comfortable for the price. Desk furniture was not so great for working/comfort. With one exception, staff was friendly.”

• I had a very clean room and the staff was very friendly.
• There was "nothing" to complain about!

“I stay at this hotel quite frequently. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and I enjoy their workout room. The hotel is located near some excellent restaurants, movie theaters, and shopping areas.”

• Did not meet my expectations to cleanliness.

“The motel is located close to restaurants, shopping, and allows easy access to most areas of Ft. Wayne. It was quiet but did not meet my expectations as to cleanliness and furnishings. The furniture, mattress and bed clothes were very dated and the housekeeping needs to be scrutinized more by the supervisors. More attention to cleaning in corners and along the walls would be appreciated as well as spraying a nice room freshener.”

• It would have to be the price.
• The 70's decor, the rock hard bed, etc.

“This hotel is a 2 star hotel at best. The bed was as hard as a rock and the decor hadn't been changed since late 70's early 80's. Came in a little late and no one was at the desk at all and could not be found. If you get the room at a decent price and not going to be there very often then it's okay. If you are then I would look elsewhere because there is 6 to 7 hotels all together that are much nicer.”

• The room was spacious.
• The food at the breakfast buffet was really bad tasting. Needs work!

“Hotel was nice, clean, we didn't use the pool but the area looked nice. The only complaint is that the breakfast buffet was very poor in taste. If you want a cardboard box tasting breakfast they have one. Unless you want an English muffin and coffee then I'd pass.”

• Hot breakfast was great.
• Our room smelled like bug spray.

“The room smelled like bug spray. There were lots of stains on the room furniture (like chair and couch). Could be a really nice hotel if they did some replacement of furniture and got rid of the awful smell of the room. a hot breakfast included was a nice touch, and the nicest thing I can say. Beds were not very comfortable. Especially pillows. Great location though.”

“My stay at Lee's Inn of Fort Wayne Indiana was a pleasant change from the usual motels I have stayed in while working out of town. It was well taken care of compared to some other franchise motels I've been at lately. The breakfast bar was fresh and clean, no worries about eating from their "kitchen".”

• It had a pool.
• Ironing board was broken in the room. Supposed to be in a non-smoking room but hall reeked of cigarette smoke.

“Decent place to go for just a night, maybe two. Over-priced for what you get. The breakfast was very good however. Plenty of room to sit and eat. Do not allow food back to the rooms though. Inconvenient with small children. Also difficult to get to second floor when single parent with more than one small child as there is no elevator.”
