• Easy to find, good continental breakfast.
• Noisy plumbing.

“Easy to find, very good continental breakfast, clean room, friendly staff. Room had double beds - prefer queen. Plumbing made a strange noise while we were trying to get to sleep. Would definitely consider staying again.”

“I was very dissatisfied with this property. The next morning the second room which I was using the shower did not work the fixture was worn out it was either extremely hot or extremely cold forcing me not to be able to take a shower.”

• Employees were pleasant, needed place to sleep at economy price but $80 was too high for this property.
• Older property, room smelled like smoke.

“This is basically a cheap hotel and was somewhat deceived by the pictures on the website. I would have paid a little more to have one with inside entrance and not old motel style.”

• Waited on desk clerk 15 minutes to show up. Other guests cc info in plain view while waiting.

• Staff was very efficient and helpful.
• Lots of road noise (sirens, etc) during the night.

“Met my expectations for price/value. Lots of disruptive road noise (sirens) during the night. Cleaning staff did not leave any towels on second day of stay and had also removed (and not replaced) the shower curtain.”

• The location worked out great being right on the outside of town and I can say the hotel was comfortable.
• The management could do a better job on ice machines and the outside vending.

“It was good for the price and I would recommend it for an overnight stay.”

“This hotel was conveniently located to major highways and had many room amenities, for example a microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. The room was clean and nicely decorated.”

• I enjoyed the layout of the lobby and breakfast area. My room was cozy. Great bath layout.
• Only one vending machine.

“I was very happy with my room when I arrived. It was nicely decorated and felt cozy. I very much liked the vanity area being in the bath. The grounds were clean and neat. We enjoyed a comfortable swim in a clean inviting pool. Great breakfast choices.”

• Had to change rooms because of no air conditioning.

“It was a OK. We had to change rooms because our air did not work and I was recovering from an outpatient procedure. Housekeeping came in our room without knocking at about 9:00 am before check out.”

• Comfortable beds, affordable, friendly staff, clean room, close to downtown with quick transit.
• The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the rooms had outdoor entrances.

“This hotel was nice, comfortable, and affordable. I was staying in Birmingham for one night. It was clean. The bathroom was clean, too, and spacious. The lobby is small but comfortable and well-kept. Staff is friendly. I prefer hotels that have indoor entrances for the rooms, but this place was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.”
