• Room layout and kitchen amenities a great plus. Great breakfast included. Late checkout no problem.
• Nothing to complain about.

“I wish I had known that the kitchen was included. It would be a perfect place for extended stay, but even a quick overnight such as I had will be even better next time, since I know what is there. The breakfast buffet was generous and wholesome and included. Next time I will bring a bathing suite and gym clothes for the pool and fitness center. I really like suite hotels for the at home feel they generate.”

• Use of dishes, stove, microwave and refrigerator to cook evening meals.
• Internet service did not work for the entire 4 night stay.

“Liked the extended stay hotel except for the free internet service did not work during the entire 4 night stay as the hotel was having technical problems with the service.”

• Perfect for business traveler.
• Nothing bad to report.

“This is one of the best business travel hotels I have stayed at. It is new, clean and well lay out, with a fast free internet connection. Bright, cheerful service. After having stayed at some of the other hotels in the same class in the area, I was shocked at how good this one was for the price.”

• A newer hotel, very clean, with a very good breakfast.
• Had to be the least friendly staff in all of the hotels I have ever stayed.

“Just need to replace the majority of the staff, and this would no doubt be the best hotel in Glenview/ Northbrook area.”

• Ashtrays were provided in rooms but entire hotel was non-smoking.

• Originally given a non-smoking room in error and had to switch.

“New hotel. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Free continental breakfast. Internet not wireless.”

• Clean, spacious, very comfy beds, Nice breakfast and evening happy hour.
• Staff not happy with my request for non-smoking due to allergies. I had even made previous request.

“Would recommend this fine hotel ,but would fire staff member Norbert for the worst attitude of any of the 25-30 hotels I stay per year.”

• Front Desk personnel always try to put you in a smoking room and say it's non-smoking.
