  • Van to airport was ready to go and was very convenient.
  • The free Wi-Fi for computers did not have a strong enough signal to actually pick up in my room.

“Convenient easy to stay at for an overnight stay before a plane flight. The Wi-Fi computer access was very weak and my computer could not cleanly connect to the hotel signal.”

  • I loved the price we received from priceline.
  • That we could not take a cup of coffee/orange juice from breakfast area back to our room.

“The shuttle from the airport to the hotel was great service. The shuttle arrived with in 5 minutes of my phone call.”

  • The mattress was great!
  • Video game or something in the lobby.

“The room was very clean altho' did not have a coffee pot w/the coffee maker so I could not make coffee in the morning. Elevator could have been cleaner, e.g. soiled kleenex on the floor. The bed was wonderful and the pillows too.”

  • The hotel room was very nice and had a great flat-screen TV.
  • Not in the safest location.

“The hotel was not was I expected and was not in the best part of town. I didn't feel safe leaving my car outside for the night. The room was nice, it had a great flat-screen TV and the beds were pretty comfortable. The shower shut off half way through and was clogged, which was disappointing. The hotel was nice overall.”

  • Front desk person was nice.
  • Tub did not drain. Two rooms were not adjoining.

“Convenient to shopping around Midway. Secure parking is available and free. Could use some updating in terms of equipment within the rooms.”

  • Very friendly people.
  • Lots of miscommunication!

“Staff was as helpful as they could be, but there were many problems. I ordered dinner from my room and got the wrong thing, only to find out that the hotel had changed the room service menu without informing the restaurant! The bed was very comfortable, but the blanket had crusty stains on it, and the air conditioning quit in the middle of the night, leaving me sweltering in a heat wave.”

  • Clean lobby and rooms.
  • Room not ready. Hotel bar closes at midnight.

“The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Security took my room as a checkpoint and failed to notify the front desk, so when I tried to check in at midnight, after a long day of business meetings, my room was taken and was told they were out of rooms, but they miraculously found an available hotel suite a few minutes later. The room was clean. They did not transfer my wake-up call to my new room so I woke up late. The hotel bar also closes at midnight, and you cannot get an alcoholic beverage from the restaurant/room service after the bar closes (or so I was told). Don't stay for the view, it's in the middle of an industrial/commercial area. Price is very good. Lobby and halls are kept very nice, and internet is available.”

  • Clean, they provided transportation to airport.
  • I am used to 4 to 5 star hotels. No pool. Marginal food. Old. Needs updating.

“Just a clean room. Basically no amenities. Staff was friendly, except management. I had no complaints other than excessive wait for transportation when asking management. Staff when management not around was great.”

  • Nothing actually.
  • Everything.

“The staff is rude, inconsiderate about other's time and took their own decisions as to when the guests traveled. On asking for a cab, they informed me that it takes 30 mins for the cab to arrive.”

  • Comfortable beds, good housekeeping.
  • Drain in tub was clogged, no phone books to use, transport to and from airport unreliable.

“The hotel itself was relatively nice - comfortable beds and clean, but the neighborhood wasn't the greatest. Staff was not very helpful when requesting certain things - no phone books, shuttle to Airport did not leave in a timely manner, etc. Lounge staff was very polite and much more helpful than staff behind front desk.”

  • Way too noisy.

“Everything was "OK", however rooms are on the street side of the Hotel, and they should include a pair of earplugs with the rooms. We could not sleep as it was way too noisy with street noise from Cicero.”

  • It was clean and the shuttle service was excellent to get us to the train everyday.
  • It was out of the city and a 40 minute train ride to the middle of the city.

“This hotel was very nice. However the Room service people were up and cleaning by 7:30am. They were vacuuming outside our door before 8:00am. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything. If you did not put the do not disturb sign out they were knocking by 8:15am to clean your room.”
