• Clean room, well decorated, great location near elevated (metro).
• I had a room in front and on weekend it can be noisy.

• Convenience to Wrigley Field. Suites. Location. Friendly staff.
• Not sure I would have liked being on the side of the hotel near the El

“We really enjoyed this hotel. It is convenient to the El and Wrigley Field. There are many ethnic restaraunts in nearby. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is filling. The cookies in the afternoon are a welcome treat. Our room had two double beds and a separate area with a couch. Both areas had a television. Also had a refrigerator.”

• Was surprised by the quiet atmosphere after coming off the busy street.

“The hotel was so discreat we almost missed it. A lovely quiet spot next to the EL, hard to imagine. The bed was so comfy and the bath was very clean and neat. We weren't bothered by hallway noises despite being next to the elevator. It was a great find and a great price. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.”

“This review is for the hotel that we were moved to, since our room had been flooded at the original hotel. It was still one of the 3 hotels that was owned by City Inns. We were given false information about the location of our new hotel and it made our trip pretty miserable overall.”

• Absolute comfort and convenience.
• Maybe parking but that's optional!

“Good price, perfect location. Everyone was honestly nice, made us feel welcome. Almost more like being invited into someones home more than staying at a hotel, very personal and private. Will be where me and my wife stay when in chi-town from now on.”

• It was beautiful, quiet, comfortable & very romantic!
• I'm just sorry
  I got a $50 parking ticket but that's my fault.

“We were so impressed by the location, the staff, the color schemes - everything! It was a great bargin, we had great access to food, shopping & the city and we are planning on staying there nest time we come to the city.”

• Clean and friendly.
• A/C blowing in ear. The "L" right at your head.

“Convenient, friendly, clean, some rooms very small, noisy window air conditioner blowing in your ears and the Chicago "L" right at your head. Trains every few minutes since a 3 point transfer station is right next door.”

• Parking was expensive and difficult.

“Nice hotel near the El trains. The area is busy, especially on game day as it is close to Wrigley Field. The staff was nice, the rooms clean. It is an old building so do not expect new, perfect accommodations.”

• Close to major event areas, good nightlife.
• Parking.

“The L train runs every 15 minutes, which is great if you like the sound of rail transit at 3 am. Kind of soothing, don't you think? Quaint historical building, with an elevator that fits two thin adults comfortably. Lots of brass. Good shopping up and down the street. Good eateries and watering holes all around. Wrigley Field is in walking distance.”
