• Very nice sized rooms.

“This was a great hotel for the price. Good location, great rooms, good breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay there again ans would recommend to family and friends.”

• Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Loved the whole atmosphere of the hotel.

“From our easy check-in to our fast check-out five days later, we had no complaints at this hotel. The breakfast was good and they had nachos and popcorn in the evenings, as well as, coffee and cookies all day long. We were pleased with our room and the cleanliness of the hotel in general. We would definitely stay again!”

• Friendly staff and a very good breakfast. Quiet and close to my daughter's university.

“Plan to stay at this hotel again. It was my 2nd stay and both visits were very worth the money. Staff is nice and the location is convenient to a nearby University along with restaurants and shops such as Kohls, Target and a mall if you forget anything. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast was better than some restaurants.”

• Free breakfast.
• It seemed old and smelled bad.

“Even though we were placed in one of the nicer rooms, we still did not enjoy our stay very much. The facility seemed old, we were scared to use the elevator and the hallways smelled bad. Next time, I'd rather spend a little extra money to avoid an unpleasant stay.”

• Cleanliness, and free breakfast.

“We had run in the Illinois Marathon and got caught in traffic causing us to get back to the hotel after the 12 noon check-out time. The woman at the desk said no problem and re-activated our room card allowing us some extra time to clean up and gather our things.”

• The hotel was very clean.
• We were treated poorly.

“I would have given this hotel a better rating if the staff would had been more friendly to us. I felt that we were discriminated. The front desk was not very friendly and we had the worst room in the hotel. We had to move two times to get a room that was only adequate. The air conditioner never worked properly which led to poor sleeping.”

• I liked having the breakfast in a very nice room. The staff was extremely friendly and nice.
• There wasn't anything that I would say displeased me.

“This hotel is a place with friendly and helpful staff in a prime location convenient to everything. It was nice to have a breakfast with variety and a nice room in which to eat it in. The room itself was attractive and clean.”

• I really liked the business center with access to computer.
• Because of the pool, hotel smelled like chlorine.

“Do not have one complaint other than not being able to upgrade to a suite, because the rooms were a lot small. I have twins so the extra room would of been greatly appreciated. The hotel was very clean, which is a major plus with me. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you for making my vacation a positive experience!”

• Lobby makes a great first impression. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and comfortable.
• They could use two waffle makers. One was not sufficient for demand at breakfast.

“Nice clean hotel with attractive lobby area, comfortable room and good location close to the mall and newer retail area of Champaign/Urbana. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

• It was a very nice hotel with very nice employees.
• Wished the breakfast food was kept warmer.

“My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and the public areas very nice. Just wish we would have checked the pool hours prior to our stay so we could have enjoyed the pool! We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to stay again in the future.”

• I really like the upgrades to the fitness room and breakfast area. It really adds to the overall look of the hotel.
• The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast only went until 9:30, I would like for it to go until at least 10:00 or 10:30.

“For the most part, everything was very good during our stay. The staff is good about giving you all the information you need before you can ask any questions. The one thing I did not like was we went down for breakfast about 8:45 and we did not see anyone taking care of the breakfast items. I wanted a waffle, but there was no more batter. There is plenty of other things to eat though. Since I have worked in a hotel before and a restaurant, I can understand how things can happen. Overall, I am pleased with my stay.”

• Kind and supportive staff, clean and decent breakfast.
• Ran out of shampoo, wireless internet was flaky.

“Nice hotel. Clean & comfortable rooms. The staff was great, very kind and looked to help in any way possible. Nice breakfast, decent variety. Fresh coffee machine available 24hrs/day. Good location near mall, restaurants and highway. However, on this trip the wireless internet was flaky and kept dropping my connection and the hotel ran out of shampoo.”

• The cleaning people started knocking at 8:00 am on the one day I got to sleep in.
