  • Location.
  • Card door keys did not work for entrance, and had to go to desk 4-5 times to get in room.

“Stayed there before, was fine. This time the card would not open the entrance door, response was I thought they fixed that. Then the room, four or five trips to the lobby, because two cards would not open the room door, what is that. The hotel is fine the staff is great, but with the hassle of just trying to get into room, I say go some place else!”
