“Getting to the hotel from US 75 is difficult and confusing; parking lot is under construction causing limited parking and no handicap parking.”

• I liked the in-room mini-fridge.
• The Sleep Number beds, but we think they were not working correctly.

“The hotel was very nice. It was a little hard to find but once we found it was no problem getting to it again. The hotel was under some construction but they let us know right away and it wasnt very noticeable. Overall it was a great stay and we felt it stood up to its 3-star rating.”

• I loved the sleep number bed!
• Ordered room service and it took almost one hour to be delivered.

“This hotel was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The sleep number bed added a great deal of comfort at bedtime! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Richardson area.”

• Close to Starbucks.
• My bathtub was clogged and when I put my finger in the drain I pulled out a huge chunk of hair. Disgusting.

“The accommodations were fair. When the trip was booked the site said there was a smoking/non smoking section-but when I checked in it was a totally non smoking hotel. I feel I was misled. The bathtub was disgusting, huge chunks of hair in the drain. The food was dry. No one answered the front desk phone for 2 days straight so I never got my questions answered. The only way I'd stay there again is if someone paid me to.”

• Nice spacious lobby. Neat water feature.
• Obviously an older hotel with moderate updates. Hotel room bathroom very small with low ceiling. Felt cramped, especially when trying to give baths to kids.

“Hotel was adequate for what we needed a place to arrive late, bath, sleep, and get back on the road again in the morning. It's geared toward business travelers, not a family on vacation.”

• Clean, nice layout of the room, spacious, comfortable bed.
• Hotel front desk people were not very friendly and they hardly smiled at anyone.

“The hotel was a good place to stay for the price, although there is a need for some improvement. The rooms need some upgrades. More lighting and better towels. We also did not have a fridge in the room.”

• There were not only any bell-person to assist with luggage, but there wasn't even a luggage cart available. Staff offered no assistance.

• No small refrigerator in room.

“Great business hotel, free internet - most important for a business hotel. A bit understaffed in the restaurants, but friendly and courteous. No mini bar or refrigerators in rooms, and limited TV channels. No grits and gravy on the menu, but good food. A number of small, franchise restaurants in the area.”
