• False ad - left 6 days early.

“The motel advertises the pool but there was not. There were many hotels in the area cheaper and better. Left 6 days earlier because we had expected the pool to be there for a work related vacation, but couldn't and ended up doing other things which caused us to spend more than we planned, and had to leave early.”

“Right across from convention center. I left a my bag of stamps I forgot in the room. I called to the hotel and asked for them to see if they could find the stamps in the room.”

• Location.
• Rooms.

“This inn was overbooked. I wanted to cancel because of a rain storm that delayed my travels. They said I had to come anyway. I got there at 11:00 PM and did not have a bed. They wanted me to sleep on a sofa bed that had stains on the mattress cover. I do not recommend this place to anyone. After numerous phone calls they would not return any of my money.”

“We stay in Gatlinburg 2-3 times a year but this is the 1st at the Micro tel. It was very clean, quiet with a nice view & window seat. The breakfast is "continental" only but for the price was a great deal. It is only a block or so to a couple of inexpensive breakfast places. The bed was very comfortable & the staff pleasant. The carpet had a pull right in the middle of the room and the bathroom could use some attention but again, it was clean and extra nice for the price.”

“This hotel was excellent for seeing Gatlinburg because you could walk everywhere and leave your car behind.”

• I liked the staff at the desk, the location from the main strip, the price, and simpleness for a one night stay.
• The walls seemed thin. We were able to hear the above room stomping about, and the neighboring room's couple.

“The hotel was petite but pleasant for one night of stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite. It was at a perfect distance from the strip. I liked the underneath parking space, great for rainy days. I would definitely use this hotel again.”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making recommendations about restaurants and attractions.
• The continental breakfast was pretty sparse.

“The rooms are small, but clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great. We were in walking distance of all the major attractions.”

• No restaurant on site. But many close by.

“Perfect location to park and walk to any of the Gatlinburg locations. The staffs were exceptional, very nice.”
