• Clean, friendly, location.
• All non smoking rooms.

“Great location Downtown on the Trolley Line. Pool was clean and we also visited the waterpark at their other property. Room was clean and what I expected. They redid the restaurant and have a lounge now.”

• Excellent location.
• Outdated and unclean.

“I would not recommend this hotel! My room was very outdated and the carpet was filthy! Don't ever get a vacation package, because they will put you in the oldest and nastiest room available!”

• Location.
• Stopped allowing pets!

“I and my wife have always stayed at the river terrace, until this year! What made rat. A great place to stay was that they used to allow pets. I found out that they no longer allow them do to a change of management (new owners) this really stinks! We never had any problems and the location was excellent. But now that the rat. Does not allow pets we will not be staying with them this year. Will have to try to find another great place to stay, if that is possible. ”
