• The location is good.
• The condition of the rooms is deplorable.

“This hotel is disgusting. The walls have water damage with mold and mildew. The place smells awful. The carpet is old, stained, and wet in spots. The furniture is very dated and belongs in a dump. The front desk says management refuses to put any money into the place.”

• Away from the big crowds but close enough to everything we needed to be.
• Other patrons were not too courteous regarding the parking lot.

“Great location for us. My wife loved the adjoining room as our son and his family were next door. The beds were too small for my wife and I, we're average to above average in size. The bathroom had a small leak behind the toilet.”
