• The hot water in the room was not hot enough.

“Overall the hotel was very friendly. The appearance as you walk in is very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good especially the Hot Cinnamon Rolls. The hot water in the shower was not warm enough. Would still stay again.”

• It was convenient to the location we needed to go.
• The beds were not as comfortable as other Holiday Inn
  Exp we have stayed.

“The hotel was clean and convenient to Charleston and Summerville places of interest, excellent restaurants. Interstate traffic noise is noticeable if TV not on. Beds were not very comfortable and the AC was noisy. Breakfast area is nice and well maintained but they use powdered creamer for coffee.”

• Very clean and the staff was very friendly.
• The area was very congested with traffic.

“This motel had remodeled and was very nice. The free breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We liked it so much that we stayed at the same motels on the way home.”

• It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything to meet my needs.
• The front desk staff tried to force me to pay more than double when I missed deadline on last day.

“This facility is a nice, clean hotel which was a decent experience, for the most part. While staying there I was having work done on my commercial truck. I missed the 11 PM deadline on the last day of my stay. The work on the vehicle still wasn't done, and upon telling the front desk staff of my predicament, instead of being sympathetic, and perhaps showing empathy, they used this information to tell me I would need to pay more than double the price I had been paying for the past four (4) nights. The hotel next door honored the price, they would not. I would not recommend any hotel who uses these kinds of tactics.”

• It was conveniently located, very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, a good breakfast (especially the cinnamon rolls).
• What's not to like? It was excellent!

• I liked the cleanliness, the staff, and the location.
• 1 very inconsiderate customer carried her dog when in the breakfast buffet.

• Very good southern hospitality.
• No complaints.

“The hotel, staff and surroundings were excellent. Neat, Azalea Room was very nice for the birthday party. Equipped with exercise room and was enjoyable.”

• None positive experience at all.
• I was charged for a room I did not used. Also management keeps putting you off.

“On April 27, 2007 stopped at hotel. My wife and I check out the room. We decided not to stayed at the hotel and went to the front desk to turn in the keys not even 20 minutes and the clerk us she had already preauthorize a charge on our credit card and the charges will be reversed. After a week the charges had not been reverse and will called and they are saying we slept in the room and will not give us our money back. This is very bad business and now I know to look at rooms before giving up your charge card and also get cancellation in writing. I learned valuable lesson. Do not trust every thing someone tells you!”

• Best of them all. Lots of room for bags, clean rooms, friendly staff.
• It was a bit pricey. Hate to pay that much just for a place to sleep.

“Clean, neat, plenty of parking. Police were making a bust at the motel next door, but does not reflect on the holiday inn. Would like to see more moderate rates. The place was nice but a little expensive.”
