• There were many ethnic minority people staying and working in there hotel.

• Fantastic front desk service, even very late at night. Excellent housekeeping. Very quiet, nice rooms.
• Popular with kids after prom.

“The rooms at this hotel are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and immaculate linens. The front desk service is fantastic at any time of day or night, and they will help with whatever you need. The continental breakfast in the morning has many choices and is very fresh. The location is great, in a nice area with several other hotels, only a few blocks from the main highway. Overall, a very pleasant experience.”

• The location was convenient and it was very clean.

• Rooms were clean and well-appointed.
• To go coffee cups at continental breakfast were too small.

“Excellent rooms and shower heads. The continental breakfast includes very passable cinnamon rolls and fresh fruit. Complementary coffee was average to good, although to go cups were too small for heavy coffee drinkers like myself. All in all, a wonderful experience.”

• Convenient, but too far from the area I requested, good area for restaurants, quiet, comfortable.
• The location was too far from the area I requested, would have liked to be closer, but may not have indicated a shorter distance in my request.

• Close to the galleria shopping mall.
• In room movies have to be paid at front desk at time of order.

“We wanted a cheap hotel with a good location to the galleria shopping mall. We got what we wanted. No problems except the towels feel like sandpaper.”

• Walls were thin.

“We came in late on the second night of our stay and our room had not been cleaned. It was too late to call housekeeping. The people next door had their T.V. going very loud and the front desk told us they would take care of it. I gave up after two phone calls and the T.V. played all night.”
