• Nice staff.
• Room had heavy smell - a combination of perfume (Febreze) plus smoke. This is a totally smoke-free place, however.

“Good place. Need to be more vigilant in fumigating rooms in which visitors have smoked, in violation of property rules.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• Housekeeping did not clean the room; had to call to inform the front desk when we returned that evening.

“For the most part, the staff was friendly. Room service and restaurant hours close early (even on weekend).”

• Overall nice accomodations.
• Cleaning services.

“Overall the hotel was a nice facility, however at 4:30 p.m. our room was not cleaned and we informed staff (they said there was a miscommunication, but would take care of it immediately) An hour and a half later the room was still not cleaned which I reported and at that time it was taken care of.”

• The rooms were relatively clean and fairly up to date.
• I expected a more delux hotel for its 3-star rating.

“The hotel is pretty clean and fairly up-to-date, though I wouldn't rate it 3-star. The location is alright, with a grocery store and restaurants nearby, but if you'll be going to downtown Milwaukee frequently it is a bit out of the way.”

• Very narrow fiberglass tub with mold!

“Very happy with most everything but tight shower space and mold in bathroom. Very nice pool areas. Lobby personnel & doormen exceptionally nice and helpful.”
