• Easy access to major highways.
• Hotel was very accommodating. No complaints.

“Very accommodating, clean, friendly, with easy access to major interstate highway. Close to Madison yet distanced from the main city. Close to small city (Deforest) for your convenient personal needs, such as gas, groceries, laundry, restaurants, etc.”

• Excellent breakfast bar. Very good staff.
• A bit too far from Madison when roads are slick.

“An excellent Holiday Inn Express. Staff is friendly and responsive. Room was clean. Breakfast was much improved from our 11/07 visit.”

• Cleanliness of the room and comfortable beds and pillows.
• Lack of hot food at the breakfast buffet.

“This is a typical "motel", a place where you would generally stay one night and move on. The room and facility was clean, Wi-Fi was available as was a small business center, but most importantly, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Not a bad place at all to stay if you have local business or are passing through on the interstate.”

• Good, free continental breakfast.
• Shoddy weekend maid service; upholstered chairs stained; carpet frayed; pillows too large need a small one on each bed.

“Judging by this stay and the room assigned, this hotel has gone downhill since my last stay less than a year ago. To that extent, it is below the standards of other holiday inn express hotels I¿ve stayed at. I do not plan to return to this one.”

• Location was convenient, staff generally friendly.
• Unclean room, night staff did not respond to complaints.

“I was disappointed in my stay. When we arrived late, my 2 year old found someone else's pizza left over in the fridge. We placed the pizza box in the hall and called the front desk to have it removed. We finally got the kids settled, I was able to take my turn in the bathroom--only to find a used towel hanging on the rack. The nightstand had not been cleaned, either. It was too late (kids sleeping) to request a new room. When I left the room in the am, I had to walk over the gross pizza box. Day management was somewhat responsive, but overall, cleaning was not a strong suit for this property.”
