• Girlfriend thought the bedroom was too cold.

• Comfortable bed.
• They were going to charge $25 to send us a child's T-shirt that was left under his pillow by mistake.

• The room was nice, with a large bathroom!
• Can't think of anything.

“The hotel was nice, well located, with nice lobby and area to sit outside the front door. Our room was fine, no complaints. I liked the large bathroom.”

• Easy to find, clean and near almost everything.
• The very high ceilings on first floor.

“We were very happy with our stay. If my sons are going to the University of Akron, my wife and I would surely stay here when we come out to visit them.”

• The friendliness of the staff and customer satisfaction.
• The pool was too cold the first 2 days and workout room equipment too hard to use or not functioning.

“Friendly staff. Very clean hotel and rooms. Staff is very accommodating and wanting your stay to be pleasant.”
