“If I kept the drapes closed it was a nice room. The beds were extra nice and comfortable. I was traveling with my mother (73) who really was fearful of stepping in and out of the tub with no grab bar. This is not a problem for younger folks, but is for older folks. The location of this hotel is at the airport--probably on the airport property. That's good if you're using the airport, but we were driving. I only heard planes a few times. I was looking for an apartment in Tulsa due to a job transfer and was not familiar with the area. The airport is not near the area I needed to be, but we were able to get back and forth easily. The amenities at the hotel are very nice. I recommend this place if you need to be near the airport.”

“Radisson was not a 2+ star hotel, room was dirty, I found a half eaten bag of chips behind my TV, bath tub drain did not drain, I could only take a 3 minute shower, staff at check in was not nice, no local quick trip or the like within 5 miles. I work nights and sleep days, this room was very loud for me.”

“The air conditioning in the room did not work very good. Cleaning service was very slow through the day. Would be gone from 4 am until 1 pm and a couple of the days my room wasn't cleaned in that period of time.”

“When My husband & I checked into the hotel for our 15th wedding anniversary, the clerk was not friendly. At 1 am in the am of the 1st night we awoke to a beeping. The intercom & fire alarm were right next to each other, so we along with others staying in the hotel were not sure if it was a fire alarm or not. Went to clerk to find out what was going on. Clerk advised High School Reunion in banquet room & drunk guest hit the smoke machine too many times setting off the fire alarm. Early that same morning I received a call at 4:30 AM with no one on the other end. The following morning at 4:30 AM received another call advising of check out time. This was an awful stay.”

“The stay at this hotel was very good except for the smoke alarm battery alert. We called front desk and this was suppose to be taken care of. We waited and no one took care of this or let us knows that this could not be taken care of until the day shift.”

“There were spots of tar or something in bathroom floor. Tried to clean it up so it wouldn't get on our shoes or track into carpet, but it just made it worst and spreaded. We called the housekeeper and she removed it. It's was in an ok location.”

“This was a great place for us to stay. Particularly I loved the Sleep Number bed. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that had the Sleep Number. It made the hotel stay fantastic.”

“I called the front desk the next morning and even went down, talked to the manager and he put a note on the desk and said we would get them when housekeeping was done. We left and went to our track meet and returned around 9 pm and we didn't have them in our rooms. It took about 5 calls and 2 trips to the front desk. I was given the run around and finally at 10:30 we got our beds.”

“Nice comfortable room with good climate control and shower facility. People at front desk were helpful. Mattress was very comfortable. Small refrigerator in room was a nice added feature.”

“The sleep number beds were great. It was a disappointment that the continental breakfast was 6.95 pp, but at least the kids ate free. Located a quarter mile from the airport makes it perfect for anyone flying out of Tulsa. The best part was they allowed us to park there for $4 a day and provided shuttle service to a from the hotel. Nice.”

“We stayed at the Radisson both arriving and departing. Our arrival room was great; clean and well maintained. Our departure room was not so great. The toilet wouldn't flush on arrival, the bathroom door would not close, light bulbs were burnt out, electrical connection under bed was illegal. Manager would make no adjustments even though I complained.”

“I will not recommend this hotel to any one. They should take into consideration the extreme weather conditions if we could have been at the hotel we would have but, the airplane could not even land in Tulsa because airport was shut down. But we were still charged some customer service.”

“The lobby and the restaurant were awesome. Our room was nice, and comfortable. The bed was a sleep comfort bed, which we have been wanting to try out. This was just a very pleasant experience for us.”

“The experience was horrible! Cold food, poor customer service, an unkept hotel. If I wanted poor treatment, I would have made myself a P.O.W. Never again will I stay there.”
