“Overall, good hotel. Inexpensive, close to airport, central to all 3 of my business meetings. Very helpful staff. For me, it seemed safe and that's very important. BUT the bathrooms were the smallest ever and only 1 cup of in room coffee. Though, there was free coffee in the lobby.”

“The hotel was a wonderful value for the price that we paid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located literally right next to the airport which made making the plane the next day easy. The parking for our car was cheaper than the airport so we left our car there for our vacation stay. Out of all the hotels we stayed at (in a different state) this hotel was the nicest and the best price.”

“Only stay at this hotel if you want to be next to the airport. A/c was so loud I couldn't sleep. The bathroom is so small it's as if they tried to turn a broom closet into a bathroom.”

“This hotel was very disappointing to me. The man at the desk was friendly, but mentioned for all to hear that I had used priceline to pay for the room. I felt that that made others look down on me. He also did it to the next priceline customer. There were piles of towels in the open doorway of the room that I was given. In the hallway by my friend's room, there was a dirty glass. Across the hall, there were dirty towels piled in another doorway. The staff did not correct the situation. They were still there the next morning, in spite of my concerns. Also, the key card did not work in my room door and it had to be reprogrammed twice for it to work. Then I went out one of the side doors, expecting my new keycard (that worked in my room) to work in the door. It did not. I am thankful that anothe rguest took pity on me and let me in. On the plus side, they did have sleep number beds.”

“I went down to the desk asking for an upgrade because of my husband coming in, it had been one year since I had seen him. The man at the desk was not friendly or helpful. I will never stay at this hotel again.”

“Very convenient location to the airport, but a rather tired, hotel. Very noisy, with paper-thin walls, multiple noisy guests, and loud jets overhead all night long.”

“The bed was very uncomfortable. It was supposed to be a sleep number bed, but my side of the bed did not work and I felt like I was sleeping on a balloon all night. did not sleep. The food in the restaurant was not good. They messed up our order and were out of a lot of items on the menu to begin with.”

“Overall, I thought this hotel was worth the money. I will tell you one thing though, they need to provide a free continental breakfast; I'm just saying.”

“This hotel needs a face-lift bad. Ceiling tiles are stained with water leaks, tub did not drain, shower head was clogged up, had to ask for everything, coffee, sugar, etc. Ice machine did not work.”

“Until restaurant
and bar personal are replaced, I will not recommend this hotel. Not attentive, disappears for extended times, has idle conversations during periods of high traffic.”

“The nice lobby area belies the fact that the rest of the hotel looks like it was last updated 20 years ago. Icemakers were only located at the one end of the hotel, which happened to be the opposite end from our room. The sticking door led to a small and crowded room. The only redeeming quality was the very nice and helpful staff.
