• On the beach.
• Smoke filled casino. Casino closed 4AM - 9AM.

“First impressions were the smallness of the casino and the heavy cigarette smoke. The rooms are small in size and seem to have not been planned real well. The fireplace takes up too much room. Maybe it should have been in a corner. The TV is vintage and located in a big cabinet that took up too much space as well; maybe it could sit on a narrow buffet. All the other amenities were as promised. Room service was fine, the food hot and tasty, and served within the time quoted. Staff was friendly but a bit inept. The maintenance man came at 7PM to fix a broken towel rack reported by the last guests to occupy the room before us. The pool and hot tub are a bit Spartan but worked very well and we enjoyed them. Recommend plastic cups be available to guests who desire to have a refreshing beverage while relaxing in the hot tub.”

• Hotel had a lot of activities at the hotel (carino, pool, spa, restaurants).
• Smell of smoking in entrance lobby. Also smell of smoking in casino.

“Hotel was nice but nicer in previous visit. Looks like the hotel is not committed to upkeep for the hotel.”

• The view of the Ocean and the fireworks on the beach.
• Elevators are slow.

• The location is easy to access to/from Ocean Shores.
• The main floor is filled with cigarette smoke.

“This hotel, located very close to the main city of Ocean Shores, is a great place to come if you are adults and plan to utilize the gambling facilities. This would not be the case if you have young children. The bottom floor is the main casino and there are people who openly smoke in all areas. It is not child-friendly. The restaurant that is most child friendly is so close to the casino as to be the most exposed to cigarette smoke. We received very poor customer service when dining at the Wasabi Restaurant but the food was good quality. The rooms however are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. They were more than we expected to receive.”
