• Nice hotel room, easy check in and check out.
• The lobby was under construction. Needs more computers for internet access.

• Room decor is well for a man.
• Under construction at this time.

“Located on the skirts of town you will still have easy access to the city or highway to Seattle. Breakfast buffet has some the freshest organic looking fruit I have ever seen. Room is nice and bed has plenty of pillows. This hotel is a recent remodel and was still under construction on other floors at this time. Still a good stay!”

• It was very comfortable. I was pleased with the accommodations.
• It would have been nice to have a breakfast bar in the mornings.

“It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. There were two restaurants and a bar on the hotel property, although we never had the chance to visit all of them, the Mexican restaurant that we did eat at had good quality and taste. There was some renovation taking place but was out of the way and did not impact our stay. I would stay there again if and when the opportunity arises.”

• The room was very clean and the decor was excellent.
• Lobby was in the middle of remodel.

“Staff was pleasant. The room was excellent with a beautiful decor. Everything in the room was very clean. The location of the hotel was great for easy access to the freeway.”

• The hotel was completely renovated inside. Clean rooms, good service. Free parking. Nice gym.
• Location was not as convenient to restaurants & the mall. Continental breakfast was only for those in club rooms.

“This hotel was completely renovated inside. Pros are: great gym, free parking, beautiful rooms, good service, good restaurant next door, free apples & coffee at front desk, free internet in lobby, plasma TV in room. Cons: the air conditioning unit was very loud & made a banging noise, a bit far to walk to Bellevue Sq. Mall & restaurants. Overall, great value for the money would definitely stay there again in the future.”

• I thought they did an excellent job with carrying out the theme in the decor of the rooms.
• It was difficult to get into the parking lot from the direction we were heading. We had to go to the corner and make a u-turn.

“We enjoyed our stay which was only for one night as we were there with another couple from Spokane to play golf at Everett. We did not have any meals at the hotel because we had already made other arrangements. We did however have desert and a late night cocktail and sat and visited with our friends until 11 p.m. when the restaurant closed. We would have used the hot tub except our friends did not have their suits with them. I would stay there again.”

• The room layout & furnishing was lovely. Hotel staff were great.
• Ice machines on every floor!

“I was extremely happy when I walked through the door. The room was lovely. The staff at the front desk were great & helpful & the cleaning staff - kudos to them.”

• The main office staff was excellent and attentive to all our needs.
• It took forever for us to get two more towels.

“I would recommend this for a business traveler or a shopper. There is nothing for families to do at the motel. But there is plenty of shopping near by. The hotel will provide a shuttle for you.”

“The Sheraton Bellevue East hotel is ideal for anyone who is planning on staying in the Bellevue and Seattle area. It is approximately 15 minute driving distance to Downtown Seattle and only a few minutes from downtown Bellevue (Bellevue Square). We found it convenient, comfortable, clean and overall, the staff were friendly.”

• Love the new renovations. Huge improvement!
• Size of the bathroom. The bathroom door was always in the way.

• The shuttle bus service is like a private cab service.
• My daughter was beaten by some bed lice.

“This is definitely a below standard Sheraton Hotel. The lobby when you get out from elevator is tiny, looks like a motel design rather than a Sheraton Hotel. The rooms decor are very good, the LCD TV are nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, a little bit disappointed, especially the swimming pool is closed.”

• Newly renovated rooms, LCD TVs, spacious.
• One computer for internet access (if someone was using the PC, you had to wait a while for your turn).

“Overall, my family and I had a great experience. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Downtown Seattle and about 2 hours from Vancouver. The rooms were newly renovated, had LCD televisions (very modernized), and even served Starbucks coffee to all guests. The only drawback was that there was only one computer for internet access. If you wanted to print out directions or a boarding pass, sometimes you had to wait a long time before a user would be done with the computer. Other than that, the stay was great!”

• Arrived late and was greeted well.
• The hotel was under renovations so construction was expected but the glue from the carpets was very strong in our room.

“Great spot. Stayed two different nights, first night heard lots of highway traffic. Second stay we were in a room on the opposite side - very quiet evening.”

• Staff were very friendly.
• The bed was too close to the desk. Didn't allow to move back from desk.

“This hotel is conveniently located off of I-405. It is newly remodeled, and has nice rooms. I did not use the restaurant, but it is located just outside of the lobby. Parking is plentiful.”
