• The beds were very comfortable and the colors used in the decorations was appealing.
• The bottom of the bathroom door looked like it was renovated and molding was old. It did not have a pool or Jacuzzi.

• Starbucks coffee in the room.
• No complaints, even free parking.

“This is our 5th stay at this hotel. From the Starbucks in the room to the friendly staff that drove us in the shuttle with lovely jazz music playing. The front desk made sure we liked our room and the free internet in the lobby to the convenience of two restaurants on site. Rooms are renovated and though small appear spacious. Very clean and shampoos and soap replenished as needed, did not have to ask as we were there for a week. Just loved this place - highly recommend for business or leisure.”

“The bed was not very comfortable, and the hotel is too close to the highway. I only slept about an hour the night I stayed there. When I checked out they charged me for the Internet.”

• Computers in lobby were very useful. The room was clean, everything worked except I could not figure out the coffee maker.
• Did not see coffee in lobby.

“This hotel exceeded our expectations especially for the price. One down side was that the parking lot was not lit up very well on the side we had to park. Being two women with a small baby this was a little unnerving. Also the hotel only had one luggage cart so we had to make several trips back and forth to the car while carrying a baby.”

• Great value for your money.
• Had to pull straight into hotel from street.

“Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. (Thanks for all the help and the maps!) The room was clean and beautiful. Loved the Starbucks coffee in the morning. The beds were soft and VERY comfortable.”

• Comfortable bed.
• Not at all as pictured on the website. Looked as if it was in the heart of down town and high rise. NOT true advertising.

• Nice bed, desk, flavored tea bags in room.
• No food like web site said.

“The lobby and room were very nice. The hotel's web site said appetizers at night and a continental breakfast were provided but when we checked in we were told they did not come with our room. We were disappointed.”

• I thought that the bed was extremely comfortable.
• There aren't any snack vending machines and the wifi costs 12$.

“Overall, for the price I paid for the room, it was a great deal. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly enough, although it was impossible to get snacks if the front desk was busy. I would have preferred having fresh coffee in the lobby, rather than preparing it in my room.”

• I like the cleanliness, safety, internet access, closed to temple/mall/restaurant we need to attend ceremony on the weekend.
• Cant think of anything that
  I don't like.

“I will come back to stay at this hotel again with the same rate I paid in future. As I go to Seattle so often to attend Buddhist ceremony in Redmond.”

• This hotel knows what a traveler needs. Good service even in details.
• The entrance is not very accessible given the location.
