• The room was very clean and comfortable.
• No refrigerator in the room.

“We stayed on the 11th floor, and liked it very much. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would stay there again.”

• Convenient for our son's graduation from NDSU.
• In the process of remodeling.

“Close to Downtown and some nice restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Location, layout, and parking.
• Understaffed or staff under trained (bar , restaurant).

“Overall good, but price is a little high. Every time we have been there, kids have been all over, unsupervised, making breakfast especially not as comfortable as it should be.”

“Radisson hotel signs said they had sleep number beds in every room. Our room must not have been an "every" room because we did not have one. The entire hotel is non-smoking except 1/2 of the 5th floor (according to them). We received rooms on that 1/2 of the fifth floor. We do not like staying in smoking rooms. They said they were all booked and could not change our rooms. Note: No wireless internet. Must be hooked to a data port with an Ethernet cable. Hotel did not provide the cables, so good thing I happened to bring one. With that said, the rooms seemed clean to me and the bedding was nice in spite of no sleep number bed. I agree with other reviewers that I probably could have stayed somewhere else with much better service for cheaper than what I paid for this experience.”

• Quiet, comfortable, good parking facility and decent room.
• The hot tub was way too hot to even sit in ten seconds. Others there tried too, unable. Thermostat stuck?

“It was great, loved the sleep number bed and pillows. TV's could be updated to HDTV. Parking ramp felt safe and secure for my vehicle to sit over night. The hot tub thermostat must've been stuck. I like the water hotter than most people do and I couldn't sit in it. It must've been About 110 or better!”

• Attractive, recently renovated room w/ comfort selects bed.
• Lobby was somewhat outdated in decorate and unremarkable.

“Perfect for business travelers. Flat screen TV and comfort select beds in the rooms. However, lacking in romance and character.”

• The hotel would be very good for business and leisure travelers. They are so kind to give you water each day as you are thirsty in a dry climate.
• I am not too pleased with Sleep Number beds.

“The Radisson is an excellent choice of a hotel for business and leisure travelers. It is centrally located in Fargo. The staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful.”

• Beautiful Christmas decorations. Very helpful, friendly staff.
• I don't really like the type bed - Sleep Number bed.

• The staff was very friendly and efficient. Best part of hotel.
• Expectations were not met for the price we met.

“The lobby was lovely. The price was high for what the rooms provided. The sleep number bed was not as comfortable as we had hoped.”

• Excellent location, very friendly helpful staff, rooms very clean and comfortable.
• They are renovating some rooms and the water was off for three hours.

“This is an excellent hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly, the location is excellent if you are looking for a hotel downtown, and the rooms are large and very clean.”

• Excellent location, very clean, renovations taking place that increase its value.
• Renovations water off for three hours one day.

“We looked forward to going to the Radisson hotel in Fargo. It is very convenient. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The food was good. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. We were spoiled when we had to move to another hotel one night because of the Radisson being full one night.”

• Very nice hotel with beautiful view of downtown Fargo.
• Usually a 3 star hotel has a pool, this hotel does not.

“Beautiful hotel in downtown Fargo, staff was great and very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business or couples. Not a great family hotel though because there is no pool.”

• Noisy hallways and outside constant train noise during night hours.

“Clean rooms, friendly staff. I liked the upper floors for the view of the city. Secure parking. The only thing that annoyed us was the constant trains whistles in downtown Fargo during the night hours.”

• The windows in the lobby and the mezzanine area were dirty.

“Really nice room! Flat screen TV! Individual adjustable reading lamps. Sleep number beds. Lovely bathroom (except no hook on the back of the door.) Coffee station. First rate.”

• Speed of light response to call for service of broken bed.
• Thought room size was rather small.

“We had a good experience and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I would have preferred two queen-sized beds instead of the two doubles this hotel offers, but then again I don't think the room would be big enough to accommodate them. Overall this was a very satisfactory hotel with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff. I would definitely go back there if I ever find myself in Fargo again.”
