• It was very clean and helpful. Staff was very helpful and nice.
• The location wasn't in a very high traffic area.

• Bed and bedding were very comfortable and high quality.
• Bath tub had rust stains and wall paper was peeling at the seams.

“Staff was great. Lobby was clean and very inviting. Hallways appeared dated with some wallpaper peeling. Rooms were very spacious. Except for the bed and bedding, the room furnishings appeared to need some updating.”

• Living area separate from bedroom, 2 TVs, refrigerator and microwave in room.
• Rooms need new wallpaper or paint and new carpet.

“I was happy with the location, staff and room set up. There was a great living area with couch, chair, coffee table, desk, refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The bedroom was separate with bed, nightstands and a TV. My experience was great overall, however, rooms could use new wallpaper/paint and carpet. The rooms looked outdated because of the wallpaper and carpet.”

• We appreciated the spaciousness of the room, and the inviting lobby and friendly staff.
• Our experience was great all around.

“We only stayed a night at the hotel, and unfortunately got there late and left early the next morning. However, it was a pleasure to arrive at the room, which had a separate living area and a separate sleeping area. We were able to unwind in our own individual ways (i.e. sleeping, TV, and a bit of yoga) without interfering with the other's space. We were sorry to not have an opportunity to use the pool or gym facilities. Overall, it was as close to being at home as you could create in a hotel setting.”

“Very nice person handling check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has an ideal location. I would certainly look to stay here again when in Nashville.”

• The bed was incredible and the pool was perfect.
• What's not to like.

“We loved every minute we were there. Very spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, in fact we are planning on buying the very same mattresses for our own bedroom!”

• The suites had excellent space for both of my younger children.
• They should have given us more than one cookie per person.

“If you have kids that like to do a little bit of everything, then I recommend this hotel. Everything was reasonable and the hotel staff was wonderful. I look forward to staying there again.”

• The bed was beautiful to look at and extremely comfortable.
• Mildew in the tub where the shower surrounds.

“The room was awesome; coffee was great, towels luxurious. Restaurant was clean with good food. The only thing missing was a hot tub.”

• The cookies are delicious; the room (suite) was comfortable and clean.
• The doors from the living area to the bedroom were difficult to open when they were closed.

“I was pleased with the hotel. The staff at the desk was very accommodating; someone even called to ask how the room was shortly after we checked in.”

• The bed was fluffy with lots of pillows. Nice presentation.
• Outdated bathroom, which was also very small.

“Check-in was nice. I was given a warm cookie when I checked in. The room smelled okay, and the king bed was nice, with lots of pillows and a very comfortable mattress. However, the decor in the room was outdated as well as the bathroom and vanity area. It was also very small (the bathroom).”

• Excellent location, friendly staff, accommodations such as shuttle all around area 24 hours a day was great.
• Cannot think of anything.

“As previously wrote, great place for a family or seniors. They have 24 hour shuttle service to anywhere within 100 miles of hotel. Staff was wonderful and also the restaurant was outstanding.”

• It was convenient to freeway yet quiet.
• We were never offered cookies. We love Doubletree cookies.

“We were really only there for a short time. Wished we could have spent more time however, it is a very nice hotel and cleaner than most with a 3-star rating. I would go back if ever in Nashville again.”
