“The room was clean and large enough. I appreciated the refrigerator, since I need to use ice packs for pain relief. We walked to the Opryland Hotel and back for exercise. Music City Circle was well lit at night also.”

• Newly remodeled and clean, staff was really friendly and helpful.

“It looks like they are finishing up a complete remodel of this hotel. The carpet in my room still smelled like it had just been put down. The room was fresh and clean. The pool, small gym, lobby, and breakfast area were also very nice. The staff was helpful answering any questions we had for them. I would go back there again and would suggest it for anyone that is looking for a great location (less than 5 minutes from Grande Ole Opry, the mall, Gaylord convention center).”

• The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.
• The room decor was an ugly green and the pillows were lumpy.

“The Fairfield Inn was not what I expected. Although the facility and room were clean, and the staff was efficient. The pillows were lumpy, the color was an ugly green, the sink in the bathroom had cracks in it, the carpet was old and worn with spots in it, etc. The bed itself was comfortable.”

• It was very attractive and inviting. It not only looked clean but smelled clean.
• The door was very heavy and hard to push open.

“The location was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very pleasant. It was pretty, modern, and very clean. The bed slept great! Lots of pillows, too.”

• The staff was great.
• The air did not work well.

“This hotel met most of our expectations. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. Our only issue was the air conditioning did not get as cold as we would have liked, but it was in the mid 90's all weekend.”

• I liked the location and the free breakfast at a good price.
• No luggage stands in the room.

“This is a very nice, comfortable hotel for the price and it is nicely located by the attractions we wanted to see. However, there was a mix-up in our reservation and we got someone else's bill in the morning making for a few stressful moments. In the end, all worked out fine and we enjoyed our stay.”

• Was clean, modern, friendly service, breakfast was good.
• Had no shuttle to downtown.

“Enjoyed our visit very much. Had a one time fee for shuttle service to the hotel and to the Opryland Hotel which was very nice. Would have been perfect if they had a shuttle to downtown, but they were helpful with calling cabs. Nice hotel.”

• The Hotel was in a great location for sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast provided every morning was a plus.
• Beds in room with double beds were too small for two people sleeping together.
