  • Very clean and very up to date.
  • Location - not close to downtown must take a cab.

“ The hotel was nice, but disappointed in the parking fee.

  • We could only get one bed which made it very uncomfortable for my older daughter and I.

“I really enjoyed staying in this hotel except for the fact we only had one bed for my older daughter and I. This made sleep very uncomfortable.”

  • The staff at this hotel were fabulous!
  • May be a little far from the action for some

“This hotel was beautiful, and the staff were magnificent. Special shout out to the valet staff who were so friendly and talkative. The front office manager was also extra helpful, she went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.”

  • Hospitality van to ferry you to most locations.

“ Little far from downtown. However the van was very available. Checking in and out was very easy. All employees were very helpful. ”

  • Very clean, and the bed was very comfortable, the valet attendants were very nice.
  • Lack of convenient parking.

“Very nice, would stay again.”

  • Upscale hotels should include wireless internet service. One stars do, you pay more and get less in that department. Not good.

“It was very nice, very much in a busy part of town. Easy access to many things. Although you had to pay for parking, it was easy in and out. I stand firm that in an upscale hotel wireless internet should be part of the deal in today's world. It is the way of the world. One star's provide it, very much a negative not to include it especially when you are paying for end accommodations.”

  • The staff.
  • The parking garage.

“The hotel is fantastic and I would recommend using valet parking because the self-parking garage is shared with Vanderbilt and the gates never work. Fantastic location, great staff and highly recommend.”

  • Clean.
  • Limited parking.

“Great hotel if your child goes to Vanderbilt or if you need to access downtown events.”

  • Quick, efficient check-in. Nice, upcale location.

  • $19.00 daily to park, faraway parking deck cold.

“ At check in I was told there was a $19.00 a day parking fee. No way around it. I was told everywhere in the city there was no free parking and I would get towed if I tried. They hire people around the hotel to follow and tell you the consequences of parking in a space for longer than 2 hours. The parking deck was cold and faraway and is shared with other businesses, so if you couldn't park on the 1st floor (rarely, 15 spaces only), you would have to go up to 3rd floor and walk down (no elevator provided). Will never stay there again, too many hidden fees. ”

  • Great, friendly, and helpful staff.
  • Parking
cost $19.00 a night, and was rather inconvenient.

“The rooms were clean, staff was wonderful, they went above and beyond. They had a free shuttle to take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius.”

  • The charcoal drawing above the coffee pot in the room was kind of
    cool.
  • Rude valet, inattentive bellman, staff came to room at inappropriate times, stains, crusty stains, overpriced parking.

“Upon arrival, valet was rude, bellman never showed up, so we were told to hurry up with the cart when loading our own luggage. Comforter had stains, bed scarf and chairs had various crusty stains, staff came to room at inappropriate times, parking options cost more than double what nearby public parking cost, but nearby public parking said not for hotel guests. Overall, service and amenities did not live up to 4 star quality.”

  • Close to all of the attractions.
  • $19/day parking.

“Hotel was very clean, modern and had very friendly staff. Parking was a little expensive $19/day.”

  • Good beds, clean conditions.
  • Poor parking facilities -- high cost to park.

“Good facilities except for poor parking and poor restaurant .”

  • The mattress was one of the best I have ever slept on.
  • The carpet in the room seemed a little dingy.

“The comfort of the bed and linens; the location near so many great restaurants; and the beautiful view of the Parthenon were the highlights of this hotel. The only drawbacks to our room was that it was a little small and the carpet seemed to be a little dingy.”

  • Comfortable room.
  • Pool closed, pricy parking.

“Room was great, pricy drinks and food, costly parking.”

  • Awesome staff! Very helpful and clean gorgeous rooms to boot!
  • A little far from Downtown nightlife.

“Love, love, love this hotel. Hubby and I came for a show at the Ryman Auditorium. The rooms were amazing, everything was clean, tidy, and in great shape. The bathroom was huge so my husband and I could get ready at the same time, a definite plus! Room service breakfast was a great way to start each day. The staff was VERY helpful and the shuttle driver never got sick of us going back and forth all day! Would recommend this hotel for anyone going to visit Nashville!”
