• The staff, they did not answer there guest phone calls.

“I thought his hotel was nice at first glance but the staff change my opion, one of the women snapped on a reverend and got truly rude. They also never answered the front desk phone.”

• The location, pool, cleanliness, awesome breakfast.
• It had a really small TV!

“This is a great hotel at a good price. It is in a convenient, safe area of Nashville. The free breakfast is awesome! I would definitely stay there again.”

• Great pillows, comfy bed, loved the convenience of kitchenette.
• Tight in some spaces of the room.

“Always friendly staff. So convenient location, free breakfast, kitchenette, vanity separate from bath. One of my favorite places to stay.”

• Great desk staff, clean, spacious.
• The breakfast food did not make me want to eat there.

“The directions were somewhat difficult given the complex Nashville interstate system and trying to find the hotel at night. The hotel itself was great. The night and morning desk staff was really nice. The room was spacious, clean, and above expectation. The only problem w/the room was the extremely small TV which was probably a 19" that could swivel down the couch area & bedroom. The breakfast food just did not look appealing. Plus there were lots of kids which are ok since it is great for families. Also, during the breakfast hours, I think the kids had control of all the internet stations. It was very nice hotel room.”

• Doesn't have a access to a microwave during breakfast hours.

• This hotel had the best continental breakfast Ive ever had.
• The coach and chair seemed a little cheap.

“This is by far one of the best values for a hotel that I have ever gotten. The room was very large with a separate sleeping and sitting area. There were 2 TVs. The continental breakfast was by far the best Ive ever had at a hotel. Every member of the staff that I met was extremely friendly. I'd highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.”
