• Check out at 12, clean, good beds!
• Need more elevators.

“Our hotel was easy to get into and out of. We were greeted by a friendly staff who accommodated our needs. The rooms were clean and inviting, and the beds were wonderful! The complimentary continental breakfast was delicious, and check out was late!”

• The room space was very well laid out.
• There was an air of unprofessionalism about the whole affair.

“While the space was great and perfect for my needs, the lobby was extremely noisy at all times, the desk staff was attentive but unprofessional and it was very dark in the parking lot. Dangerous.”

• The hotel was somewhat clean, hair on towels (I'm assuming from maids).

“Free breakfast, friendly staff, and large rooms are the pluses. Location is not great, wanted to be more downtown.”

• The staff helped us with transportation to downtown and things to see.
• The bathtub drain did not work when we got there and it did not get fixed until the second day, then worked fine.

“The overall looks and cleanness of this hotel is great and the breakfast was good. For a couple of or group Grits would have been good, but there was enough of other things. The hot tub was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

• The staff was great; I liked the gym and pool.
• Not enough elevators, not a very convenient location.

“This was an awesome hotel. The bed in the suites folds out, so three can stay comfortably in a room. It was very safe and clean, and I was happy to have access to a treadmill.”

“If you're a non-smoker, everything is fine. However, if you do smoke find other accommodations unless you don't mind stepping outside.”

• Shower problem on 1st day.

“For the short time that I was actually at the hotel the staff was very nice. They resolved, to my satisfaction, an issue I had with the shower not working and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.”

• They were very nice and had my son a portable crib set up in the room for me already when I got there. I will stay there every time I go to Nashville.
• No restaurant.
