• Location and easy access to I-65.

“My overall stay was OK. The room itself was fine. The staff was not overly friendly, but that was not really a problem.”

• No wireless internet, no restaurant.

“Rude staff, wireless internet goes down most of the weekend I was there, restaurant was closed because cook was sick, needs general details to repair and upkeep, hair in coffee maker, not enough shampoo or condition.”

• Location in upscale neighborhood convenient to shopping areas.
• Fitness room was tiny with very little equipment.

“Located just off the interstate and about 8 miles south of Nashville, the proximity to shopping and convenience are major pluses. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant in a strip shopping mall behind the hotel.”

• Easy access from I65. Clean. Room just remodeled. Bath was clean and this is very important!
• If I could think of one thing it would be the fact there was not a fridge or microwave in room.

“We were in Nashville for the night and was looking for something clean and inexpensive. The hotel meet all our needs and expectations. It was easy to access from I65. The neighborhood was nice. The lobby was nice and well lighted as was the hallways (which is a plus late in the evening when returning from a night out). The room was clean and the decor was fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The only thing missing was a fridge and microwave for any leftover or late night popcorn and drinks. We would definitely stay there again if the need arose.”

• Renovation in progress.

“Sure hope that none of the materials as a part of the renovation contained any asbestos (I'm a licensed asbestos consultant) as many materials would be on the suspect list. Could you please have the hotel provide me with a copy of their asbestos survey report.”

• Convenient location and friendly staff.
• The halls had some wear and tear on them.

“It was not plush, but it was clean, the staff was helpful, and the bathroom was big and they supplied plenty of nice towels. Was able to work out and shower and still have a clean towel for in the morning.”

• It was up to date and very clean. It was great to have easy access to lobby computers and printers.

“The outdoor pool and indoor whirlpool were decent sizes. Only one entrance in front - gave it a safer feel. Staff not overly friendly, but it was still a great place to stay and I'd recommend it to others.”

• Excellent location. Minutes to downtown without the downtown traffic.
• Though the room was marked as a non-smoking room, there was a slight odor. Not enough to deter us staying in the room.

“Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Minutes to Opry Mills, Summit Center, Country Music Hall of Fame, LP Field, Cool Springs Galleria, and much more.”

• Close to great shops and restaurants.
• Were not able to provide rollaway bed in original room, had to switch rooms.

“The hotel was nice, great location, clean rooms, facilities and pool was great for kids. We had to switch rooms when we got there however, because they couldn't provide us with a rollaway bed in the room they gave us, which was an option on the amenities. All in all is was a good stay, the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was big enough for a family of 5.”

• The maid left our room unlocked and open, no free breakfast.

“Excellent location and convenient to where we needed to go. Nothing special about the room. The king bed was not all that comfortable. Free internet is great. The restaurant breakfast was good and reasonably priced.”

“Located in nice area. Close to plenty of restaurants and free way. Rooms should be updated and remodeled. Service should be done on bathroom. Clogged commodes and sinks.”

• It hard a real "convention" feel to the clientele.

“This hotel has a fantastic location. The rooms are average, the bathroom floor was dirty. I asked for fresh towels as I was leaving for the day. I had fresh towels placed in the bathroom, but the used towels were just thrown in the corner of the bathroom floor between the tub and toilet. The rooms were quiet, but large crowds congregate in the small public spaces. The hotel lobby and public spaces had a "convention" feel to them. It ok for a business trip, but there are other hotels in the neighborhood that I will stay at in the future.”

• Night time staff was rude and did not want to be bothered.
