• Good location, nice all-around hotel, and a free parking.
• The rooms were a little on the small side, but were not too bad.

“Good central location if you plan on visiting Opryland, the Zoo, the adventure science center, and the Lane Motor museum. It's right near the airport and not too far from the downtown. The hotel had a pleasant staff and attractive rooms. We got a very good deal on Priceline and this place was fabulous for the price.”

• Location
• Smoke rooms showers did not work hard uncomfortable beds!!

“First, had a smoking room which was supposedly non smoking, wife has bad asthma! Moved to another room which had no furniture at all in it so went from bad to worse. Shower did not work they knew about that! Front desk did not want to bring up spoons for ice cream! Beds hard as a rock! Three star yea right maybe 2 1/2 but say 2!”

• The location, and the personal.
• My air conditional stopped cooling, I turned it off around 4am, then back on later and it worked OK.

“In all it was fine. The air conditional froze up, but I was able to fix it. Everything else was great.”

• No continental breakfast - charges outrageous for menu items.

“This hotel was nothing compared to the Radisson and considered a 3 star as the Radisson was. We learned our lesson - no more Holiday Inns of any kind.”

• Clean enough, bed was comfortable.
• Uncomfortable toilet paper.

“It is a nice, clean hotel. It is not a 5-star hotel but it was clean enough. I was not disappointed.”

• Attractiveness of lobby area. Indoor pool and guest laundry.
• Chain for door. Room had many stains on floor and lampshades also it was wiped down with a dirty washcloth that left traces of dirty water stains.

“It wasn't one of the best but not too far of being the worse room I stayed in. Holiday Inn - no matter what brand of this hotel is their chain of hotels are one of the nastiest.”

• Location was great, convenience of dining options.
• Room was a little too hot, pool was visible by anyone attending a function in the meeting rooms or eating at the bar or restaurant.

“Nice hotel, great price, convenient to downtown and opry-land. Offered in room amenities as well as good dining options. The hallway was a little warm, and the air conditioner in the room had to be turned off and back on several times to cool the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again.”

“It is a renovated 14 story structure that features an attractive lobby, lounge, pool, whirlpool, sauna, and an excellent breakfast menu.”

• parking was great
• decor was old rooms were dreary and dark

“our room was not very clean.bathroom floor was dirty as well as the towel racks and shower.we looked behind the bed's headboard and night stand to find inches of dust and lint.carpet was also dirty,had to keep shoes on.The hallways did not smell good,and the air conditioner did not work very well, would not cool down very well.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, staff was friendly, plenty of parking spaces. The swimming pool was wonderful! The computer room has 4 PCs for internet access.”

• The sleep number bed is a good perk.
• This is the third time I 've stayed in this hotel. Every time there has been a strong mildew smell.

“The bedding and furnishings are dated but the overwhelming memory I have of this hotel is the smell of mildew. This is the third time I have been placed in this hotel and every time the smell has been there. I will not search in this area for a three star hotel.”

• The room was awesome, staff was friendly, and waterfall was romantic.
• No continental breakfast.

“Awesome! The bed/pillows were SO comfortable that I went out and bought hotel grade pillows later. The staff was friendly, atmosphere was inviting and check-in/check-out was fast and easy.”
